Don arrived 2 hours early after repeatedly asking us to check in early. We explained we would accommodate if we didn’t have a same day check in. We ended up with a booking that departed the day of his arrival and had two staff there for the turn over period. My cleaning staff got extremely scared when they saw a man in dons group learing in the window at them while they were there cleaning. The man was over two hours early and it was explained multiple times to Don earlier that they should arrive at 4 when their lock code was active. This wasn’t ultimately wasn’t acceptable and my staff didn’t want to be there while the guests wandering around watching them. I would kindly suggest that if the staff was allowed to do their jobs comfortably the booking would have gone better for Don but the comforter of female workers wasn’t respected by Dons group despite being very clear when they should arrive.
