The Castle is one large, Single Family Home with two attached Casitas and one large section of the main house able to be separated into an apartment, or adjoined by opening a double-sided locking door. All 4 units can be enjoyed together or sectioned off for privacy while being fully self contained with each having their own laundry room, kitchen and bath.

“The Outdoor Space” (and there’s lots of it)
Pool and Spa
Spa can be heated with advance notice and put onto a timer. Fee for spa heat is $35 per day or per 2-hour block.
Pool can be heated with outdoor temps of 60 degrees for $100 per day with 3 day minimum. Takes a full day to heat so need 24 hour notice to start heating.

4 BBQs, one for each area
Outdoor tables and chairs and loungers with umbrellas. (Umbrellas often break when guests don’t take them down in the wind so we don’t guarantee the presence of them all the time however we do restock them regularly. Please feel free to bring extras and take them back with you.)
Breathtaking 360 degree views of Lake, Cupcake Mountain, Canyons, City Lights and more.

“The Castle,” as affectionately known by the locals, stands as an iconic property perched atop a hill. Built by the original owner of Havasu landmark, Zeeman’s gun shop, for his beloved Queen, this house exudes an enchanting charm. Its block walls and two round turrets rooftop earn it the nickname. Since being acquired by your Host, it has undergone full renovation to accommodate guests during extraordinary group vacations, sleeping up to 21 happy guest. Waiver required for all adult guests.

Pool hours are 7am-10pm. No running by pool, diving, sitting on coping or outer edge of spa, climbing on rocks, unattended children near pool.
Do not leave umbrellas up in the wind, or when you leave.Broken umbrellas are $75 each. No loud noise after 10. Waiver required by all occupants.
Pick up after pets. Pet poop pick up fee is $100. No Smoking indoors. Cigarette butt clean up is $100 fee.

If you're looking for a spacious yet cozy space for a multiple family getaway, this place is it! Plenty of sleeping arrangements, private areas, common areas and activities to keep everyone entertained. The hosts were amazing and very communicative, responding to any messages within minutes. Our entire group loved this place so much we plan on making this an annual trip! Definitely recommend! 10/10!!!

Amazing property with incredible views and plenty of space for a group getaway. The house was clean, well maintained, and had great amenities, especially the pool and outdoor areas. The host was responsive and made the stay easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique retreat.

Amazing Stay – Perfect for Our Group!

We had an incredible time at this beautiful and spacious home! The pool was a huge hit with both kids and adults — clean, warm, and perfect for relaxing or playing all day.Plenty of room for our group to spread out, with comfortable beds and multiple gathering spaces. The kitchens had everything we needed, and the outdoor area was perfect for meals and hanging out.Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun getaway with family or friends. We’d love to come back!

Cool, unique place! Worked well for 13 adults (including 6 couples). We all really enjoyed the available games and the pool and that everyone had their own space and could spread out. Only issue was with the mini-split ACs in two of the rooms—the host responded quickly to this and it wasn’t too much of a drag, although those two rooms were warmer than desired. It is a bit of a drive away from the lake and most restaurants, but with all there is to do on the property and all the kitchens on site, it’s no biggie! Overall, would stay here again!

If I could give this house 10 starts, I would have!!!!! This was by far the best trip we’ve ever had in Lake Havasu! The home was absolutely perfect for our group of 15. There was more than enough space for everyone, and we never felt crowded. Each family had their own room or unit, and the bunk bed area comfortably accommodated four people, giving everyone their own personal space.The property was spotless when we arrived. The pool was clean and wonderfully warm, and we especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi during the evenings. It truly felt like a home away from home.Communication with the hosts was outstanding. They responded quickly, were friendly, and made the entire process seamless. We never had any issues getting in touch with them or accessing the property.If you’re looking for a spacious, clean, and well-maintained place to stay in Lake Havasu, especially for a large group, I highly recommend this property. We would absolutely stay here again!

House was amazing! Big property with lots of activities and a pool for when you’re done at the lake. Brought my whole family with me and there was plenty of space and privacy for everyone and we could’ve even fit more people if needed. If your bringing a big crew with you to havasu this is definitely a top pick on where to stay.

This house was everything and then some for our family trip out here. The house was perfect for us. Three families with children. There was plenty of space for everyone to have a relaxing trip. 10 out of 10 love it here.
