This is probably one of our best experiences. The house was super clean! They had a welcome gift basket when we arrived. Check in was super easy and they were very responsive!

The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious, well-appointed, and situated in a beautiful location. The community was conveniently close to several shopping centers, making it easy to access everything we needed during our stay. The check-in process was seamless, and the home was well-equipped for a comfortable visit.My family and I had a wonderful time and would gladly stay at this property again. Highly recommended!

Relaxing Beach Home

The house was immaculate and well supplied , loved the welcome basket full of goodies and wine! Our family of 6 were really comfortable and had plenty of room . The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was a just a quick bike ride away.

The house was in a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Not incredibly close to the beach, but not far. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The property manager was really responsive and friendly. We would definitely recommend for a large family who doesn’t mind a short bike ride to the beach. Pet-friendly was a huge plus.

Five stars for the host. The house is spotlessly clean and modern, and a usable garage is a big bonus. The neighborhood is super quiet. A reasonably close walk or bike to the beach. But the home needs some maintenance. There were nails that kept popping up from the floor at the entrance to the main bathroom, which obviously isn't safe. There is peeling paint from the ceiling in multiple areas. There is a large missing blind from a rear window, which allows the sun to heat up the interior in the morning. This would be great in winter, but not in warm outside temperatures. The thermostat went dead once for no obvious reason. The air conditioning is poor. The air would not cool below 75 degrees, day or night, if the outside temperature was higher than 75 degrees, even with the thermostat set below that. And the noisy outside unit ran all day and night, even when not blowing air inside the house. Some vents blew little to no air even when open. I wouldn't stay here in warm season again without repairs.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our month-long stay here. The house was very well maintained, spacious and updated. We had ample room for our adult daughters when they were able to join us from up North for a few days. We especially loved that our small dog was welcome to stay with us at this home, as he is an important part of family and travels with us frequently.The surrounding Heath street neighborhood was very nice, with many beautiful homes and others currently being renovated. It had a quiet, suburban feel, yet was walkable to the beach and pickleball center. We rode our bikes daily, and having the 2-car garage to store them in was great. We have no complaints and would have stayed here again, had the home already not have been booked for next year.The manager/host was very responsive when we had any issues ( all minor) or questions. We recommend this home for your family without any hesitation.

First off the property is one of the best I have stayed at in a long time. The home itself is immaculate. Well laid out, calming, thoughtful touches. We will rent this house again. When we arrived I said to my husband when I say I want a beach house I mean THIS house. Also what mattress is in the master as it's a dream, slept like a baby every night. Whoever cleans this property did a great job. Neighborhood is quiet. Property manager Host & Home communicated well, was responsive, we met the ladies on Saturday to get the parking pass and they were very nice and welcoming. Everything about this stay went beyond well.
