Nuovo condominio a Bridges Bay Resort. Possiedo anche il # 302 (VRBO Listing # 421663) proprio accanto, quindi se hai bisogno di molto spazio o se questa unità è già prenotata per le date che stai cercando, controlla quella lista.

Oppure, se stai facendo una riunione di famiglia, un matrimonio o un altro evento e hai bisogno di più residenze, ho anche una nuovissima camera con quattro letti, tre bagni (VRBO Listing # 876711) proprio qui nella comunità! AGGIORNAMENTO - e ho una nuova cabina con 5 camere da letto ora disponibile (VRBO Listing # 1107344)

Tre camere da letto, due bagni condominio di lusso con ripiani in granito, ponte enorme e una splendida vista sul lago. Questo edificio è il nuovo design con solo tre unità per lato fornendo maggiore privacy e splendide viste.

Tutti i nuovi arredi con letto king size in camera da letto matrimoniale, letto matrimoniale in camera da letto secondaria e due serie di letti a castello dimensioni nella terza camera da letto (quattro letti singoli in totale in quella stanza). Questo condominio ha anche un divano letto queen size e 10 posti letto comodamente.

La cucina è completamente arredata con tutto il necessario per il vostro soggiorno. Bella cucina con elettrodomestici in acciaio inox e granito. Godetevi grigliare sul ponte con la griglia a gas e molti posti a sedere.

Ogni noleggio comprende anche sei passaggi ogni giorno al parco acquatico al coperto e una grande piscina all'aperto con bar semi-sommerso. Il parco acquatico e le piscine all'aperto sono stagionali.

Oltre al parco acquatico, c'è una nuova piscina proprio accanto al condominio!

Great place for a family vacation

We had a short stay with 4 grandkids and one set of their parents….total of 8 people and 3 generations. Great to have a room for the kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to be together and eat meals together. Location was great and we hope to make this an annual event.

Perfect Vacation

My family, with six adults and two toddlers, had a wonderful vacation in this condo. The unit was clean and roomier than it looks online, and the owner was very acoommodating. The grill was not working well and she came and brought us a new grill. She also provided a high chair and Pack n Play. The location is great for kids as we were close to the water park, restaurants, and a short jaunt to Arnolds Park. We will definitely be returning.

Disappointing based upon other condo’s

Cheap furniture, bad beds, poor decorations. Full page email of do not’s was a major turn off. Plastic plates, dish ware and limited pots and pans.Great view, tiny bedrooms and cheap fixtures. I would update and decorate and eliminate the full page email of what not to do.

New Condo at Bridges Bay

When we opened the door we immediately noticed it did not look exactly like the picture,especially the lack of lamps. There was not a single lamp in the whole condo. That was a major problem in the room with no window ! Our second biggest problem was that the oven temperature was way off which made it difficult to cook our Thanksgiving meal. I certainly wish the condo had had fewer problems because the location was perfect and the condo was generally quite comfortable.

Just Ok

The day of our arrival the pool with the waterside was closed due bacteria count being too high. The area that was open in the water park the water was freezing. The condo had plenty of space and well stocked. Like others have mentioned the oven was extremely slow to preheat.0n our second day the kitchen sink leaked. There was water coming from under the sink on to the floor. What a mess took everything out from under the sink, turn the water off and wipe water up from the floor. Plumber came at 1:00 and replaced faucet. The condo could use some TLC. Several places there was paint chipped on the walls. The carpet is stained and could use a good cleaning. The area back by the grills definitely hadn’t been swept in a while and they were couple of rugs in poor shape just tossed in the corner in that area. The grill could also use a good cleaning.

Family Vacation

Great property - highly recommend! We had a family vacation with 7 kids (7 and under) and 8 adults and everyone had a blast! The properties we rented (2 neighboring condos) were clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Brenda was easy to work with and very accommodating.

Wonderful stay for our girls trip

Lovely condo, looks just like the photos! It's stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and has closets full of linens and pillows. Beautiful view of the lake on the patio and very clean, quiet area. Brenda is a great host and replied to our messages immediately. Hopefully we will be able to stay here again in the future!

Good relaxing getaway

Gramma came to visit from Utah and explored the lakes. I was bribing her to move here and I think it worked! Our little family visit bridges bay once a month at least and now this is our new favorite spot. Brenda was very nice and understanding. We will surely come back and help care for Brenda’s condo! There was no issues with our stay and overall just what we needed.

Great property! Would definitely go back!

My husband, 3 kids, and I loved this property! It was just like the pictures show, clean, and we felt so much more at home than we would have in a hotel. Brenda was so nice and easy to work with! We definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

A Lovely Winter Getaway on the Lake

Very clean and peaceful. We’ll set up for families with children (does have some sharp corners). Everything you need for cooking. Perfectly located for resort access. My grandchildren are 3&4 and they enjoyed it. Some problem with the WiFi and owner was very responsive and it was resolved quickly. Specific to our stay: we were there for Presidents Day Weekend. The waterpark was packed and there was no social distancing so we chose not to spend time there. Even though we spent all of our time in the condo, it never felt crowded with four adults and two small children.

Clean & Comfortable

This is a clean, comfortable, and well maintained condo! Has everything you will need for your stay! The wine themed decor/wine bar area is cute! Brenda is a lovely host and has great communication and instructions. We came with our 3 Teen/tween daughters had plenty of room, enjoyed the deck, The fireplace, and views! We were able to enjoy the indoor water park! Made great memories with our children and had a relaxing stay!

Engagement and Labor Day fun in the sun

Great place great property owner

Place was clean and has great view of the lake from a Back porch that is larger than the pictures make it seem. We texted the manager before we arrived and got responses immediately. Great place for a family to stay.

Amazing condo in a great location!

We had an amazing stay! The condo is located in the Bridges Bay Resort so you will have access to all of its amenities! The condo was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing lake view! Brenda is an amazing host and responds quickly to any questions you may have! I highly recommended staying here for the perfect Okoboji vacation!

A True 5 Star Condo!

Everything you could possibly need was provided. We felt very pampered! Very clean and perfectly located. Our family thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. From the view on the deck, to the short walk to the dock, to the fun water park....it was just perfect. Wonderful memories made and we will definitely return. Brenda was just beyond amazing to work with. So pleasant and delightful! Thanks so much for everything!

Lovely condo with great views

Brenda is a gem to work with! She is very responsive to all questions and concern prior to arrival. Home is very nice, the deck is fabulous especially for morning coffee and quiet time. Home is well stocked, even had beach towel which was a nice surprise. Sofa bed was not functioning, so I had kids sleeping on the floor, but Brenda did mention she plans to replace. We stayed Sunday-Saturday. Monday-Thursday there were very few people around and we had the small pool next to the condo by ourselves every afternoon/evening. Friday the dynamics definitely changed. There was a group that moved into the condo above us. They were loud, jumping, dancing and playing loud loud music until after midnight. The water park is nice, but could be better maintained as the pool was dirty. The zip line is not worth the money. Short easy walk into the Main Street to get donuts or pizza. Very easy to get to other attractions such as Arnold's Park, restaurants etc. Overall we were very pleased.

This community is beautiful with something for everyone from the great lake views to the playground and fishing pond and indoor water park to a relaxing dinner at Bracco overlooking the water. Enjoy the two swimming pools, hot tub, and swim-up bar, all without leaving the community.
