The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The apartment was spacious, clean and directly across from the park. There were many places to eat nearby if you're willing to walk. Driving was more difficult due to the traffic and population but overall it was very nice.

Very conveniently located & very clean.

A lovely spot with a great view

This place is very nice to visit New York. The view is great, the area is safe and the bus stop for the NJ Transit Bus to Manhattan is just a few steps away.

Fun and relaxing

Enjoyed my stay here. Easy to get to. Beautiful view of ny. Clean and quiet space. I would definitely book again. Everyone was super helpful and friendly.

This apartment is awesome!

We loved the view and apartment. The location was wonderful for going into NYC. The owners were extremely helpful! Staying here made our trip very memorable. The only potential issue is someone with mobility issues may not be able to use the spiral staircase to the bedrooms.

Unbelievable view, close to all necessities. Great 24 hour bakery 1 block away.

The view of Manhattan is even better than the photos. Very tight spiral staircase makes luggage moving difficult. Overall it is a great place.

As stunning as the pictures

... in a very convenient location and with an extremely helpful property manager in case you face issues (which we did with our rental car, not with the appartement). Good connection to downtown via Bus 123 - we would definitvely come back !!

Amazing!!

Peter and his whole crew was just nothing but incredible through out our whole stay. The view is amazing from the patio and It’s comfortable for six for sure! The bus to NY was only around the corner not even and the 24/7 bakery was the bomb. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Our host was wonderful and always available for us. View was amazing from the balcony. Our family of 7 fit perfectly. Had a amazing time from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend to friends.

What a view!

Great place. We were in and out of NYC with ease. Peter stayed in contact and was very helpful. Spacious and comfortable. The view is priceless. We will be back.

Nice location and nice cozy property.

The owners were responsive and accommodating, especially when we got there. They met us at the property to ensure we had a parking space and walked us through the rooms to ensure all was acceptable to us. Everytime I texted them during our stay, we promptly received a response and they addressed any and all items we had. We enjoyed it!

Luggage was difficult to navigate through the rear entrance due to no pavers or sidewalk. The staircase should be disclosed as a very narrow spiral. The biggest thing was the condition of the “yard” area - ruined the 1st impression of the property. Old metal falling fence with junky furniture and construction material everywhere.

great location

the property has all the amenities, appliances. The view is stunning, great little neighborhood. Definitely going to be a repeat for me. Good response on any inquiries also. The only drawbacks; was difficult to find the house # and parking can be a challenge, but they're only minor

Easy check in, great communication, convenient to the city

Peter and his team were so welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed and gave us lots of ideas and help on traveling into the city. We were a family flying in from all over the States for a wedding. It was a great space to gather together and eat meals at the big kitchen table.loved the large deck for admiring the City view. Very quiet area.

Amazing View!!!

The property was great. Loved the patio area setup overlooking the City as we BBQ'd. The rooms downstairs also had a view of the City. House was clean, nicely furnished, air conditioned, ceiling fans, parking was tight but worked out fine for us. We had a total of 12 people and not once felt we were crammed up. Solid experience. Would recommend to family and friends for sure.

View is amazing

Apartment was great and view is the real deal. The only complaint was that the A/C couldn't keep up with the heat in the kitchen/living room, bedrooms were fine. Probably not an issue when temps are normal outside.

Family trip

My brother, sister, and I drove up to stay at this home. Though we saw pictures of the view, they didn’t capture how awesome it really is!! The place was more than accommodating for the three of us. It was super close to anything we needed (grocery store, bars, restaurants, brunch spot lol), and a short UBer to NYC. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Definitely a place that we will see if is available any time we make a trip back to our old stomping grounds!

Get place to tour NYC from and reconnect as family!

We flew out from Colorado with our other 3 children to pick up my son from his two year church mission in NJ. The appartment was a wonderful place to reconnect as a family and tour NYC. It had everything we needed and the parking space was a plus. Oh... and the view of NYC skylune is everything Peter advertizes and more! Truely amazing! Thanks Peter!

Very nice view

This wasn’t the cleanest property inside or out. I’m guessing it hasn’t been rented in a year or so due to covid. The view is what you would rent this place for, it’s beautiful ! Beds not that great.

Amazing city views

Despite getting to New York City late due to airline cancellations, our place was large and was able to hold our group of 9 very well. Matt was readily available for any of our needs and even provided a lovely hamper when most of the party missed a couple of our days there. We enjoyed what time we had and the instructions re public transport and amenities were good. The air conditioners were most appreciated as it it hot and humid at this time in NYC.
