Super Clean, Lots of room, and it's close to town and water. Several Lakes near by. The fire pit was awesome. It was just an all around very nice stay. We would recommend this place and plan on another stay sometime. Thanks Josh for all the extras. And the fully stocked home with just about everything you could of thought of. A-1 Host and Home.

This place was so great! It was very clean and had lots of space for our group. All our kids are young and so the toys and books that were on the property were enjoyed and appreciated. Josh was very responsive as a host and even took the time prior to our visit to provide some recommendations in town which was greatly appreciated especially after our last property cancelled on us last minute. It’s also really nice that linens and towels etc were provided because there is already a lot to bring when traveling with kids. We would definitely stay here again!

The A-Frame was new, modern, and clean. Our group liked the large counter, the deck and fire pit, washer and dryer, and big basement. The host was very helpful and responsive. The drive to Higgins Lake was short. We had 8 adults and 4 kids and could have used another bathroom and another private adult bedroom. We would recommend to others.

We had a wonderful time. The house is super cute and had everything we needed! There were toys and games for the kids, bikes for the teens to ride, extra bedding. The bon fire area is adorable and we truly enjoyed this. Thank you for hosting. The owner communicated quickly and was great about everything. Not too far from the beach either ! Our family shared so many laughs this weekend.

Josh was a great host. When we had some difficulty getting inside (totally our error), he not only emailed quickly but ultimately called and got us in remotely until we were able to unlock the key pad correctly. The house was very clean. Had all the amenities we needed for a quick weekend at the lake. It was in a wonderful location for us as well. Neighborhood was quiet as well. We had six people and all had a bed or couch to sleep on and all were very comfortable. The extra space heaters were a nice touch since it was in the teens our weekend. I would definitely rent from Josh again!
