Grabbed this as a last minute stay to watch a beach proposal. Great little one bedroom with a kitchen. Super clean and comfortable! Just a short walk to the beach for some cold plunging in October. Stacey was easy to contact and we had no issues, definitely would stay again!

Amazing location! So close to the beach and a block from a great playground. Perfect size for our family of 3! We had an amazing week and would definitely return.

Great little place to say at, some amenities are not as great as other places, but the location makes up for it. Very clean and has everything a small family needs. Highly recommend.Note: Washer/dryer are not in the room and are coin operated so it would best to just bring enough clothes to last the trip.

This is a great rental! It was easy to communicate with the owner. Everything you need is there! They really did think of everything. You’re near food options and just a block from the beach. This is a perfect spot for a shore get away.

Lovely condo! Great location.

The condo (14) was exactly as pictured: newly renovated and very clean. One bedroom with plenty of room for a pack and play, that gets dark enough for a nap for a little one, even during the day. Can't say enough about the prime location! One block from the beach, one block from the playground, restaurants, etc. Just a note that the wifi provided is for the whole building, and thus was very unreliable and could not even support the TV during our stay. Overall, lovely place and responsive host. Would love to come back soon.

Excellent short stay

We had a great stay here.Can’t beat the lifeguarded beach access. Walk to pizza/mini golf/ice cream. Kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans etc. You need to bring essentials like salt/pepper, oil or Pam spray. Only thing we missed was a toaster- trying to toast bagels in a saute pan lol but we made it work. Main bed was comfy enough (soft) and kids did fine on the sofa pull out. Able to login to Netflix to evening movies. Shower had good water pressure.The unit was very clean and as described/photos. We would stay again. Thank you!

For the most part everything was fine. Was certainly disappointed that the washer / dryer was not in the unit and barely operational. The WiFi was super shaky going off and on frequently making it hard to work during the day. The deck wasn't exactly relaxing and a place to hang out.

OC NJ is overpriced in general, so I understand the pricing, but it’s still expensive. The place was very nice! We would stay again. Location was great as well. 3 suggestions -1. An A/C tower for living room area2. Post a pic of the steps/stairs required to get upstairs. Not a problem for me, but my mother in law struggled with the open-face, steep steps . Sometimes knowing what to expect helps. 3. New sheets for bed. They were pilled and the texture was uncomfortable. I used a blanket that I brought to lay on.

Stacey was always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I stayed for just over a month and she was very accommodating to anything I needed.
