Very clean Condo with a great view - everything one would need and very close to the base lodge and chairlift (I was here in September, but used the chairlift for a mountain top wedding ceremony). Check-in was simple & the parking garage access was a nice option.

The condo was neat and clean and the host was very responsive to our needs. The weekend was very warm so we appreciated the air conditioners in the bedrooms. The property has a nice view of the pool and the mountain. We enjoyed the convenience of the bistro next door as well.

We had a fantastic time! The condo was perfect for our family Vacation. It had everything we needed and was very clean. We especially enjoyed the Christmas tree as we stayed over Christmas. This was the 2nd time we stayed in this same unit and it’s perfect for ski-in/ski-out with 3 kids! Owners were very easy to work with and communication was quick and easy! We will definitely be staying here again!

Great condo

Looks as advertised. Beautiful and spacious condo with supreme location with great mountain views. Check-in/check-out process was super easy, and we were able to even get an early check-in. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay was wonderful! We traveled to Granby with our family for the third year in a row - loved this unit. The space was a bit larger than other units we’ve stayed in and the extra space was great. It was close to the stairs, which we loved for going in and out. Everything we needed was provided. We tend to cook/eat in and the local grocery store is always a winner. Having a grill right on the deck was a bonus for us. We will definitely stay again.

Top Notch

Check-in/check-out is a breeze. The condo was packed with everything needed for our family trip - from pots/pans to a portable high chair. Location is awesome and the heated parking garage is a wonderful amenity!

Wonderland

Highly pleased with our stay here, from the moment of booking to checkout was just phenomenal. Owner stayed in contact on everything & the place was very clean, just like home away from home. Great view of the pool & mountains. Pay it forward items helped a lot as well. Very relaxing & we will definetly be back.

Need more regular hangers,not dry cleaners.Need dry,natural arrangements on dining room.Store items

It was good enjoyed golfing and concerts aroun the towns.We enjoyed the theatre also,fun.Storage in closets need revamping .I would stay again as we enjoyed the cooler air Anna

Perfect Location

We have been to many VRBO's in Granby including several in Base Camp One and this is by far the best. Plenty of room for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6 folks without feeling cramped. Had all the amenities of home and was very clean with a perfect location to ski out. The ski locker and heated parking was a nice bonus. Nice extra touches were the holiday decorations to make it feel more like a home. Great communication with management company throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend and will be booking our next stay soon.

Great location!

We found the property as described and enjoyed our time there. Great location within 30 min of Grand Lake, Winter Park, and Snow Mountain Ranch. A nice grocery store 5 min away. Property manager was accessible but unable to fulfill simple requests of toilet paper or Kleenex in a days time so we had to go to the store to get it ourselves. Thankfully he did reimburse but still an inconvenience. Also should know ahead that in order to hike on the trails or swim in the pool at Granby Ranch you have to pay a daily fee per person which took away from the enjoyment of the actual property.
