The house was perfect for what we needed. Only issue was a pair of underwear by the dresser as we were looking for a plug in and one bedroom did not have a remote for the t.v.

Communication with the host was terrible. Host would never respond on VRBO, AC did not work the entirety of our stay nor were we offered any portable AC units until it was fixed. Pool was disgusting and also could not use that but 1 out of the 7 days there and that was the last day. All could have been better with clear communication from the host but as you can see that did not happen. Poor stay, 0 out of 10. would not recommend at all to anyone.

We loved the location of this house. Close to the beach, The Hangout and shopping. We loved the pool.

Great!

We had a group of friends for a weekend getaway. We really enjoyed the house and pool! Everything was great and there was plenty of room for us all. The communication was excellent. So nice to text with questions or issues.

Place was ok definitely needs some updates to justify the 700 a night after all fees are included the fixtures are outdated in both bathrooms and dishwasher looks to be falling apart, need updated lights throughout house one bedroom the fan wouldnt come on

Quick Weekend Trip

The property was in a perfect location. Over all it was great. We could never figure our the outside lights around the pool. It was pretty dark under the house. I'm a coffee person and I couldn't find the inside part for the coffee pot.We only stayed the week or I would have call the property manager. The house itself was great!

Checking in was very smooth, but unfortunately it was the only positive aspect of our stay. We live here in Alabama but family from Washington state was down visiting, so the pool was the main reason we chose this unit. The pool was full of sand, which I could have gotten past if it was not also full of algae. I called 3 times to the rental company, and was told we could not vacuum it ourselves but that someone would be sent to take care of it. The pool person did not come out until 330pm on our last nights stay and informed us that the pump and filter unit in the pool was down and had been for awhile. This was not communicated by the rental company at all. It had to be shocked which kept us out of the pool for even longer afterwards. Cleanliness: 1/5. The bathrooms were awful. Walls, baseboards and showers were full of other people’s hair and so much buildup that it most definitely was not cleaned before our stay. Overall, the condition of the unit needs a lot of attention. And for the amount of money we paid to not be able to use the amenities listed was really disappointing and affected our stay with how hot it was.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, issues we had were, the pool was disgustingly coated with algae, management responded right away that the owners would send someone out they never came. Floors had not been mopped and there is broken tile, not good with a baby crawling around. Ceiling fan in living room did not work, and lastly an ant infestation coming through the kitchen widow, they showed up on our last day to caulk.

The location of the property was great, and the house had fresh linens and was generally picked up upon arrival. However, cleanliness was lacking, there was visible food on the door blinds, and the home hadn’t been cleaned to the standard we expected.Several maintenance issues also impacted our experience. The drawers in the bedroom dressers didn’t function properly, and the granite top on one of the bedside tables was completely unsecured, it shifted when we moved the table to reach the plugs, which felt unsafe, especially with toddlers in the house. The microwave did not work at all during our stay, though we did contact property management about it, there was nothing done about it. More significantly, the HVAC system went out on the first day, we had to call property management to have it fixed. The house stayed around 78F until the next day.Additionally, there were some privacy concerns. When we arrived (after the designated check-in time), a neighbor was standing in the backyard by the pool. Later during our stay, someone came to do yard work and prune bushes without prior notice. These visits made us feel like we were being monitored by neighbors or friends of the owner, which was uncomfortable.Overall, the stay was mostly pleasant, and the location is a highlight, but with better attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and guest privacy, this rental could be much more enjoyable.
