Lady checking us in was rude and unattentive. There was an issue checking in and instead of giving solutions she gave attitude. I own my own business and id never hire an employee like her.

First off I thought I paid for 1 room with 2 bedrooms because that’s how it was advertised. Turns out it was 2 rooms that the host said were next door to each other. They weren’t. 1 room was on a corner and the other was on a separate corner. Supposed to all be non smoking rooms but last night someone on our floor was smoking weed and first thing this morning they were smoking weed again! And I reported that when we checked out this morning and the person at the front desk acted like he didn’t care. And to top it off they are offering rooms for cheaper now and I paid a lot more and I’m losing my VRBO cash soon because I couldn’t use it towards this hotel! None of this is my fault and you should cut ties with them! I paid you and got nothing in return!

The room was great the hotel itself needs new carpet and it smells bad in the halls. But wasn’t dirty.
