Proximity to beach and the beach were excellent. If stairs are an issue to you, this is not the house for you. Beds are comfortable and outdoor showers very nice . House is a bit dated.

Location was excellent with great access to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The main living area is a bit tight for a large group. The site should be updated to state that 3 of the bedrooms are king which is really nice and that there is baby stuff available like high chairs and pack and play. We brought our own, not knowing. Overall our family enjoyed their stay!

We had a great experience with our first visit to Maine. We traveled with a group of 8 and this home was ideal for us. It’s a great location with close proximity to Portland and Kennebunkport which was ideal for our Christmas plans. The home had everything we needed and the check in instructions were very clear. The host was very communicative throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. We are looking forward to another trip come summertime.

On first arriving, very disappointed in the outdoors. The back yard was a disappointment. The grills were dirty and not used. No fire pit to do s’mores. Did them in the oven. The inside of the house was okay. There were 7 children with us so the third floor playroom was excellent. The first and second floors were good. If I might make a suggestion. The bush in the front yard near the street needs to be trimmed. Unable to drive out because cannot see if cars on the main road are coming, so someone needs to be at the road to see if clear. Path to beach and beach itself was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and the kids loved it.
