This property was perfect. The condo was very clean, provided all essential kitchen ware, beds were extremely comfortable and you literally only had to walk across the street to get to the beach. Communication with the company was easy and they answered all questions sometimes within minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful little getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying in this condo. The location was perfect and the walk to the beach was easy and everyone that we needed to cook with was there! We will be staying again!

This was truly an awesome experience! It made you feel home the moment you arrived! The location is beautiful and right by the beach and city attractions! Definitely booking real soon! Thank you for having a space that is clean and not over crowded with tourists. We love PCB! This was probably our last family vacation of just the 5 of us. The condo description is accurate, as are the pictures. It was just right for us. We only wish we could stay longer. We didn't use the grounds' amenities, but appeared to be well kept. All things are within driving distance. Access to the beach was an easy/safe pediatrician crosswalk. Beach equipment such as boogie boards, beach chairs, beach wagon and umbrella was a great addition! We ALL agreed that this location has been our favorite from previous years. Not having to deal with many people, crowded elevators, and it was a quiet/reserved area. Your management company is doing well keeping your property clean and checking in with renters. We will absolutely stay here again. Until next time,The Hoehn family

Wonderful Stay

The condo was fantastic. Very clean. Very roomy. Ideal location and proximity to the beach. The beds are very comfy. The extra beach chairs and umbrella were a welcome addition. The hosts were a delight to deal with. They checked in and when we had a small issue with the door code they remedied it right away. The only downside was the pool for the complex was closed for half of our stay but that was no fault of the condo owners and they were very apologetic about it. We vacation in PCB multiple times a year and I will definitely book this condo again.

Family vacation

The property and location was beautiful. Just a walk to the beach and not right in the middle of all the traffic. Would have gave a 5 star but only a few minor things. First the natural lighting during the day is great but the indoor lighting is terrible in the sitting area and upstairs bedroom. Second the upstairs bathroom door would not latch to stay closed. Otherwise the place was great. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay! Loved hanging out on the beach & just relaxing. We enjoyed wonderful seafood at Mike's & Local Steamer that was not a far drive from the condo. When a break from the beach/sun was needed Pier Park was also conveniently located & not a far drive for shopping, food & a movie. The condo was clean, accommodating, comfortable beds & just a short/close walk to the beach. We especially appreciated the beach wagon & chairs being available at the condo to use. Our family of 4, with 2 teenage girls (15 & 13 years old) enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us!
