This was a fantastic stay. The home was in great shape and the hosts go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. They even sent a replacement mattress, when one was too uncomfortable. The neighbors were very nice, and it was a great location. We will absolutely stay again.

The beds need an upgrade. And having a home for a large gr I up with only table seating for 4 is inconvenient. Location was good and we made due eating in shifts

This is a beautiful property. We had 2 families with kids staying, and the amount of TVs in the house made it easy for all the kids to see something they wanted without arguing at bedtime. They’re stocked with plenty of pillows and blankets. Stores for drinks food firewood gas etc are all in a very short walking distance. There are beaches all along the coast that are only 5, 10, 15 minutes away. There are fast food places and restaurants very close. We had a bonfire in the backyard. The kitchen was stocked with anything we would need for cooking. The host messaged us before and after we arrived, and we were never without information. This is an amazing property for a family vacation!

Thank you for your initial private message letting us know you had a 'great stay!' We are glad you enjoyed the property. However, our home is open to dogs only due to severe allergy concerns for future guests. Because a cat was brought into the property without authorization and left litter on the carpet, a cleaning fee was required. We applied only our standard pet fee to resolve this, but we must ask all guests to respect our property rules. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was the best equipped I've ever seen in a rental! We had lots of room, the host Tawni was attentive and our dog Walter, who can be nervous in a new place, felt right at home. The location was perfect for us, close to family and the wedding location, plus easy drive to downtown Stevensville and St. Joseph.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It was even more beautiful in person. Plenty of room for our family of 6 (including teenagers), and the game area with pool table was a huge hit! The ample beds and 3 bathrooms kept everyone comfortable as well. The master bath was huge and absolutely gorgeous! We loved the jacuzzi tub and skylights. The kitchen area had plenty of space and items for use, and there was also a well-stocked cute little coffee bar area. We especially appreciated being able to bring our family dog with us, and she had plenty of room in the large fenced back yard. My favorite part was the quiet sunroom, where you could close the glass door and enjoy a nice book. The overall feel of the home was open and airy, and a great place to relax. Also the beach was only 10 min away. Overall, we 100% recommend this home away from home; and would definitely hope to come visit again soon!

St. Joseph Family Fishing Trip

The location was great, very close to a Walgreens and Martins. The house was spacious with plenty of area for our large family. The host was top notch. We rented a PPV UFC fight and were in need of a code for the TV. They immediately responded to the request and helped us to reset the code so we could access it. I would use this same location again for our next trip.

Strict

While staying at this home you will be under constant surveillance including cameras on the neighbors house. It was listed as an event home for families. However my number of guests was questioned along with getting prior authorization which was not mentioned on the listing. The cleanliness could have been better and the cleaning utilities were very cheap and unreliable. The trash was full on the day of our arrival and the television connections were terrible I had to keep reaching out for them to reset the modem. I definitely will not recommend this home to family or friends. Lastly the loft is in the back yard in a shed not apart of the home at all definitely a catfish tactic.

Lakisha rented our home for 5 guests and then threw a graduation party in our front yard without even a heads up. Our neighbors don’t have cameras and these guests were in no way under constant surveillance. Because of a shared driveway we only allow 4 parking spots in the back of the house, during Lakisha’s stay there were 4-5 cars in the front yard,4-5 in the back of the house and atleast 2 down the driveway. We were very courteous although house rules were broken and items were damaged. The WiFi was reset on the first night and it was never mentioned for the remainder of their stay. The “loft” she is referring to is clearly captioned in our listing as a She Shed.

This was our first annual family vacation, and for the most part, this home suited our needs quite well. The house itself is charming, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The sunroom was absolutely gorgeous and quickly became our favorite gathering spot. We were especially grateful to be able to bring our dogs along, which made the experience even more enjoyable.The location is convenient—close to the highway, restaurants, and some beaches—making it easy to explore the area.That said, there were a few drawbacks. Unfortunately, we had no Wi-Fi access for the entire weekend. While the owner did reach out to the internet service provider, it couldn’t be resolved during our stay. Also, we found the beds to be uncomfortable, though that may just be a personal preference—I’m used to a smart bed, which makes a difference.All the bedrooms are upstairs, and the staircase is quite steep. I’m still recovering from knee replacement surgery last year and also have a bad hip, so going up and down frequently became difficult by the end of the weekend.Some basic supplies were initially in short supply, but when I reached out to the owner, she responded promptly and brought over what we needed, which we appreciated.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and made some great memories in this lovely home.
