Bellissimo appartamento con 1 camera da letto a pochi minuti da OFS in Victorian Home (Può ospitare 4)

La nostra casa vittoriana di 2 unità ed è stata costruita nel 1906. L'unità inferiore è un appartamento con 1 camera da letto completamente separato. Abbiamo svolto un lavoro approfondito sulla casa e sulla terra. È un lotto di dimensioni doppie, quindi metà del terreno è paesaggistico con cascata e stagno con pesci, oltre 15 varietà di piante hawaiane e polinesiane e un ampio cortile. Si prega di notare a causa della grave siccità che abbiamo smesso di annaffiare il prato. È una casa di 2 unità, viviamo sopra e Halekipa (la casa degli ospiti) è al primo livello. Il nostro appartamento con 1 camera da letto dispone di pavimenti in legno di bambù, moquette nella camera da letto, lavatrice e asciugatrice full size in unità, elettrodomestici aggiornati, letto matrimoniale e divano letto nel soggiorno. Può adattarsi a 4. Ci sono anche cuscini, coperte, lenzuola e asciugamani extra. Abbiamo anche alcune cose per i bambini (sacchi a pelo per ragazzi e ragazze e alcuni giochi ... ancora aggiungendo a questo. La casa è dotata di WIFI ad alta velocità e cavo T. V. (Stupito) pure. Questa proprietà dubs anche come il centro culturale hawaiano di Kaululehua. Noterai anche uno studio di danza e una biblioteca sulla terra. Una volta alla settimana ci sono lezioni (danza) e una volta al mese lezioni su arti / mestieri culturali (tessitura e fabbricazione di lei). La nostra casa ha ricevuto il premio di abbellimento per South San Francisco nel 2011 per la casa più bella di South San Francisco!
Siamo situati nel centro di South San Francisco (SSF), tutti i ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi (Starbucks, Pete's, Subway, diversi cinesi e messicani, tailandesi, vietnamiti, coreano, italiano, argentino, americano, giapponese e altro). Ci sono alcuni negozi di alimentari, liquori e droghe a un isolato. Alcuni dei nostri ristoranti preferiti: For Breakfast - Cable Car Café (niente di speciale, solo una colazione veloce e di ottima qualità), For Lunch - La Morena (i migliori nachos al pastore, tacos e piatti), For Dinner - Izanami (fantastici piatti speciali, nuovo di zecca e bella atmosfera. Se non hai mai avuto le caramelle di See, la fabbrica è in fondo alla strada in cui potresti voler andare per i campioni ;-)
Tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno è entro 1 miglio (farmacie, grandi magazzini, catene di ristoranti ecc.) La maggior parte delle persone rimane a casa nostra visitando il sito. C'è 1 parcheggio designato per i nostri ospiti ma se non guidi l'autobus è a 1 isolato, Train (Cal. Train) è a 4 isolati, Bart a 10 isolati. Tutti questi possono portarti in un posto interessante. Il centro di San Francisco dista circa 15 minuti in auto. Oltre a San Francisco, dovresti trovare il tempo per esplorare la nostra costa, in particolare il centro di Pacifica e fare una crociera lungo la famosa autostrada 1 per visitare il centro di Half Moon Bay!
Non vediamo l'ora di ospiti piacevoli e amichevoli. Siamo facili e ci aspettiamo che lo siano anche i nostri ospiti.

The five star reviews are not legit

This was my first time booking a vacation through vrbo and i regret it. I am not sure how the property can be listed as an A with cleanliness when we found dirty towels, toilet paper missing on day 1 upon arrival, toilet broken down next morning and we couldnt flush it and hours later i get the message it is fixed. The lock wasnt working, my kids were out at 9.30 in th night where the code wasnt workng and the owner didnt even pick our phone or answered our text despite being there ( he answered the helper person but not a tired mom with tired kids in the night). Please dont trust the reviews- they are all made up. The lake has dirty green water, not even circlauting or being changed and the window seal has insects trapped in it. Please make fun memories elsewhere and dont make the mistake I did.

Hawaiian hideaway

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment and appreciated the cold water bottles waiting in the refrigerator and the coffee. The little bowl of snacks and bottle of wine were a nice touch, too, although we didn’t indulge. The gardens are lovely and the place is tucked in by the gardens. The week we stayed there was construction across the street during the weekdays so it was a bit loud at times. We came and went during the day so it didn’t bother us much. One the night there was a metal plate or something on the road that banged loudly every time a car drove over it. We couldn’t get the TV to work, seemed like the cable wasn’t hooked up. Only one night when we wanted to watch TV so not a big deal. The low flush toilet was a bit frustrating but it worked. Found two great places to eat close by for breakfast and Italian dinner. Very convenient and easy to drive to places in San Francisco. The parking spot was heaven as parking can be a challenge around town.

South San Fran Gem

This place is great. The location is excellent. Short walk to Sign Hill, a great morning hike with even better views. Downtown restaurants are just on the other side of the block in front of the house. We walked to get breakfast and lunch several times. Super easy access to 101,280, and the Airport. Just down the road from El Camino Real. Supermarkets and shops are a very short drive away. The yard is very inviting. We had local friends over for a morning brunch and enjoyed it in the garden. Lots of seating options with great shade. This place is also very well stocked. We wanted for nothing. There was even a bottle of wine welcoming us for our stay. Thank you.

Surpassed My Expectations

Wonderful experience staying here. The unit was equipped with everything one could possibly need. The hosts even provided a nice bottle of wine and a basket of fruit upon checking in. The location is very walkable to stores, coffee houses and restaurants and I felt safe. The included parking space is a huge asset. I arrived as a tenant and I left as a family member. I shall return.

Great weekend spot when visiting San Fran !!!!

Overall a really great experience and wonderful apt and hosts !!!! We were a little concerned about the location as we were going to see shows at Oracle Park and weren’t sure how far out of the “downtown” we were, but it turned out just right !!! We were able To take an Uber or the Cal Train very easily into downtown SF! The neighborhood is so cute and has lots of dining options within walking distance. A “bodega” , a great sandwich shop, liquor store, cafe for breakfast , options for dinner, really covers it all. If you want more elegant dining in the city it’s not too far at all. The apt is terrific. We had 2 adults for a few days and 3 for one night. We were all able to have our own bed ! One in the bedroom which has the picket doors for privacy, one on the sleeper sofa ( which is a bit short. So we put the sleep mat on top and it worked out perfectly ) the other had the air bed which was conveniently stored in the closet. ) We slept comfortably and then deflated the air bed and had plenty of room to eat at the dining table, make coffee, etc. It’s a very well appointed space with really everything you need. Coffee maker , French press, full size fridge, stover. Really awesome. The outside garden is lovely !!! You have full access to the whole space. Sit at the table, or on the love seat w your feet up, enjoy your coffee or cocktails. It was a really nice bonus to have outdoor space to enjoy. Very clean and the hosts were WONDERFUL !

Excellent accommodations and hosts

My spouse and I enjoyed staying in Kawika’s spacious and very clean one bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen and in-unit laundry machines. Location is very convenient to retail and to freeways. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and we appreciated the detailed check-in instructions and photos. Highly recommend!

Very nice for many reasons

We enjoyed our two weeks here. Very safe, comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful outdoor area in which relax. Owners were great to work with, a friendly relationship not just business. Parking was included, a big deal. We like to explore by car. Would stay here again.

Great location with responsive host

I stayed for 5 days for a work trip and just slept, showered, and made coffee at the apartment. Everything worked as expected. I really appreciated that there was already coffee, filters, and sugar available so I didn't need to run out and buy anything. The hosts were easy to get in touch with. The Apartment was bright and comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood is very walkable with great restaurants and the train station nearby. My only minor suggestion is that it would've been nice to have an empty chest of drawers to unpack my clothes into during my trip.

Clean and comfortable

Very convenient location and so helpful to have a parking spot. The bed was very comfortable. The owners are thoughtful and have made their apartment welcoming with everything one might need including filtered water.

Centrally located on South San Francisco

Alley parking spot was a bit tricky but much appreciated. Carpets, floors, and behind furniture could use a good cleaning. Great amenities in the kitchen, was helpful to be able to prepare meals on site. Excellent communication from owners!

We had a great experience and extended our stay actually five extra days because it was such a great location and comfortable space we decided not to go into the city that it was better to just drive in the have all of our amenities it was a little cold to use the outdoor space but I’m sure when it’s nice out that is amazing plus

Quick visit to experience San Francisco

The apartment was very comfortable with excellent amenities for any type of visit. On site parking was a great feature. Once we figured out how to access bus or free shuttle to BART we were able to get into the city in about 45 minutes. We were able to visit many highlights of the city. The home owners were very accommodating and since we arrived during “Indian Summer” we also enjoyed the beautiful yard!! Bottled water, snacks and wine were a wonderful treat after a long day of travel detours due to fires. The neighborhood was fun, with lots of ethnic restaurants within walking distance. Perfect place to stay for our trip!

Enjoyed the Stay

The place had everything well stocked all the way down to a few snacks, sanitizers, masks, shampoos, etc. We had some questions for the Owner during our stay and the contact information was readily available on the frig. When we reached out, they answered promptly and were able to resolve it immediately. We would definitely book it again. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

My uncle and aunt from India stayed here. There was a hiccup in the WiFi during their stay but the owner was communicative and had it resolved quickly. Would recommend. Its a nice cosy place

It was easy to do. The property was exactly as portrayed. My hosts stayed in contact. It was clean and I felt it was in a safe area. I loved the peaceful outside sitting area and used it often. I would recommend this place to anyone

Home away from home

This is our second stay at the property. We enjoyed the experience so much in 2019, that we were thrilled to see availability for 2021. The location in South San Francisco is perfect. We were able to get into the City in about 18 minutes. So, we had the best of both worlds: easy access to the City, and a peaceful, beautifully appointed place to rest. The garden is outstanding, and we enjoyed having meals outside. Coffee and a french press made for a perfect cup of coffee, and the bottle of "welcome" wine was much appreciated. The washer and dryer meant we could pack light, and keep up with our need for fresh clothes! This is our home away from home for our San Francisco stays...Highly recommended.

We fell in love with this property when we first saw it. Because it is located on a double wide lot, we were amazed with the space and all the potential it offered. Over the years, we lovingly worked on landscaping by adding trees, plants, & foliage most of which are native to Hawaii. We continued by adding a pond & waterfall and worked on improving the dwellings including our dance studio located on back of the premises.

We love beautiful Victorians because they have so much character and this home was exactly what we were looking for when we made our move to the Peninsula. Our goal was to bring a piece of Hawaii to this land, to grow native plants, and have a place to continue our Cultural work. We love the fact that this area where our home is located is so convenient to shopping, restaurants, shopping malls, theaters, and all the specialty shops we could ever need.
