Con una grandezza tutta sua ... Questa massiccia casa a 2 piani, 9 camere da letto, 8-1 / 2 bagni era precedentemente il Bed & Breakfast River Street ... ora è disponibile per il tuo ritiro personale!

All'ingresso è una confortevole zona soggiorno con bagno di servizio, Apple TV, con Internet disponibile. Dalla zona giorno sono porte francesi che conducono ai grandi spazi aperti con un ampio patio; un sacco di fiume e anatre! Attraverso le portefinestre interne c'è una sala da pranzo molto grande che conduce ad una cucina accogliente. In fondo al corridoio si trovano 3 camere da letto, una con un letto matrimoniale, un divano letto e un bagno privato, poi le altre due con letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo in comune con la propria lavanderia! Ora scegli una tromba delle scale ... Dal soggiorno salite la tromba delle scale giusta per rivelare 4 camere da letto ognuna con il proprio stile unico. Le prime due camere da letto che si incontrano hanno letti king size e bagni privati, poi in fondo al corridoio ci sono altre due camere da letto con 2 letti matrimoniali in ogni camera che ospita bagni privati e balconi. Se dovessi scegliere il vano scala sinistro ... Troverai 2 camere da letto. Anche con il loro stile unico; tutti i letti queen size, bagni privati e balconi. Spiacente, nessun accesso al garage.

This is a great property for a large family group. We had nine adults and ten children, ages 2-11, and the home accomodated us very well. We especially liked the large patio, which had plenty of room for all of us to enjoy the river, which is quite close to the house. The property is an easy walk from the main road and the grocery store. It was unseasonably warm in Red River during our visit, and we appreciated the box fans which were available for the bedrooms to help keep the rooms comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware for our large group as well as stocking basic items like salt, pepper and spices. There is ample parking for at least four vehicles. We would return to this property for a future visit.

Great stay

This was a perfect place to stay with our large extended family. We loved the walk ability to everything in town. The creek just out the back door was a wonderful bonus. There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. I gave 4 stars for overall because we had issues with 2 of the shower/ baths. I would definitely recommend this place.

family ski trip

we had a total of 20 people in the house 6 couples snd 10 kids plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space plenty of tables to eat on and play cards and games everyone really enjoyed the trip and it was close to the ski area!!

Great Family Vacation

We had a great stay & the house was perfect for our large family....bedrooms & bathrooms for everyone. It is in need of some love & attention to fix a few things. A bit of an issue the first day getting quick enough response from maintenance but once that was taken care of, the rest was great. We would stay here again & hope it to be updated a little by then. Thank you.

Great amount of space

1. Inside Space - outstanding2. Outside Space- beautiful and spacious deck right on the river3. Inside needs updated badly. A good thorough cleaning is needed. Needs new window treatments (most were torn somewhere). Flooring needs replaced upstairs, carpet dirty and linoleum coming up in bathrooms, Definately needs more lighting. Headboards not attached to bed made for much noise. Kitchen sink faucet broke. Many fans in the bedrooms do not work. For the price our family was a little disappointed on condition of the house. We made it all work and did have a good time in Red River though.

Will Never stay again, Expected more for the price paid

House was large enough for our group of 19 people and having 8.5 bathrooms was nice, however, there were several issues that were unacceptable for a place that cost this much! 1) The radiant heaters did not work for half of the bedrooms and the temp was -6 degrees F the first night which produced very cold bedrooms (in the fifties and forties), unacceptable. The gas valve was turned off but had lighting instructions. These were checked by maintenance but yielded a gas smell and were left off and space heaters were brought in. if you like electric space heaters taking up half your room, then this is the place for you. 2) There is no light in the house besides a few lamps. Once the sun went down, it was very difficult to see anywhere in the house besides in the dining and kitchen. If it's a cave you wish to stay in, then here you go. 3) Each bathroom only had two towels, no others were onsite. We had a group of 19 staying in the house and only had 16 bath towels. I would expect more from an establishment that charged this much. Even a roach motel gives you 3 bath towels per bathroom. 4) The house itself is aged and needs work and updating. The closet door was falling off, old matted down carpet, a molded and cracked kitchen ceiling, a cracked light in the kitchen and several shower heads leaking water creating a mess in the bathrooms. Twenty years ago this would have been a nice place, now it need to be put out to pasture. 5) Be prepared to not sleep due to the aged and rock hard beds. These were horribly uncomfortable. You would have been better off sleeping in your vehicle, at least then you would have been warm. On a lighter note, the maintenance staff was great! They responded to our needs by checking heaters that did not work, brought firewood and space heaters so we could have some heat and shoveled off the deck, all after they were supposed to be off work for the night. We will NEVER waste our money here again.....PERIOD! Renter be aware.

This is a great place for family gatherings. Convenient location, lots of space for families. Needs a little upkeep, but not a big deal. Very comfortable for our family.

Property going downhill

This was our second annual stay at this property. The property is falling apart. Ceiling lights with no covers in multiple rooms, chairs that are falling apart (can't even sit in them safely), etc. Location is great, but ownership needs to do a better job of taking care of this property. It's too expensive to be in such terrible shape.

Great for large families.

We celebrated our 50th Anniversary with our children & grandkids - 15 total. Lots of room for eating & games in dining room & living area for watching TV. It was great for us. We would rent this cabin again.

Family reunion

We have stayed at this house numerous times and we were slightly disappointed in the upkeep. Faucets leaking, heaters not working upstairs, refrigerator not working. Some of the double beds were very uncomfortable. Most of the TVs didn't work and are outdated. The majority of the chairs downstairs were broken or very wobbly as was the kitchen table. The sink in the bathroom upstairs (first bedroom on the right) shot water out at you. The bedroom across from it, the door didn't lock and the shower head leaked. There are ceiling cracks with pieces hanging down and some plug ins didn't work. The Jack and Jill toilet didn't flush right. For the amount being paid, some of these items are easy fixes. This house is typically our go to house and we always love the ease of renting, etc. but these items need fixed.

Would stay again!

Great place for our family of 14. Comfortable, great space for playing family games. Deck was amazing and plenty of room. Right beside the creek which was pretty and convenient for the fishermen in the family. Could use a little TLC but overall a great week!

Great property for large family

This property was perfect for our family of 17 with room to spare! Clean, comfortable and walking distance to Main Street and to the lifts. Enjoyable back patio next to the stream. Overall excellent. Hoping to come back next year!

Vacation 2015

Our family stayed at this lovely home for 5 wonderful nights! It was perfect! Loved that we had enough parking space for all of us and the inside of this home was spacious and lovely. Everyone thought it fabulous to have their own bathroom. :) The river out back was so peaceful to listen to. We will be back!

I love to travel and see the world, but when it gets really hot in Texas, it is time to go to the mountains. Although I have visited all 7 continents, there is something about Red River that has captured my imagination. Perhaps it is the friendly town. Perhaps the cool mountain air and stunning views. Perhaps it is my encounters with wildlife: deer, elk, bear, wild turkey, squirrels, birds, you name it. Perhaps it is finding out that my great great grandfather visited here during the mining heyday and invested in the community. Perhaps it is the wealth of history and the charm of an old mining town that has reinvented itself. Now that I'm retired, I like to bring my 3 dogs for a month in the summer where we hike together and explore together in my 4WD. I find the peaceful atmosphere conducive to writing the book I'm working on. I hope you will enjoy my townhouses as much as I've enjoyed decorating them and sharing them with other travelers.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

A friend invited me to visit her townhouse when I was going through a tough period in my life. I fell in love with the friendly town, the wildlife, the mountains and cool summer weather. Since it is only 10 hours from my home, I decided it was time to buy a place and explore further. Every time I come, I find something new to see or do. I recently found out about my great great grandfather's experience here by buying an old newspaper in one of the gift shops. I suppose I have a genetic connection to this place!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Words cannot adequately describe the feeling of sitting on the balcony with a cup of hot chocolate, watching the sun turn the mountains from gray to pink to glowing red. For the early riser, one might see bears wandering through the nearby river or deer munching on the bushes. On the other hand, if you are a nightlife person, the two local bars provide great live music and are a short two blocks away.
