This property is by far the best I have ever stayed at. Location is close to all attractions that Sedona has to offer. The house itself is just beyond perfect and beautiful. We had plenty of room to spread out both inside and out. The house felt very cozy and welcoming with a few thoughtful touches throughout that elevated the rental experience. The kids enjoyed the outdoor space with the outdoor chess and checkers set. The hot tub was a hit and much needed after a day of hiking. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and very helpful during our stay. We would stay here again if we are lucky to come back to beautiful Sedona.

The house and location are perfect. The home is equipped with everything you would need. The kitchen is gourmet and stocked with all cooking items. The beds are incredibly comfortable! Great bedding and towels. We stayed a week and were so comfortable. The back yard is amazing, beautifully landscaped with backyard games and a hot tub. The home is across the street from a grocery store and close to everything in Sedona. We will be back!

Everything was set up perfectly for us. Extremely clean, fully stocked, easy to find everything. Cozy living room, handy kitchen, fantastic backyard. Couldn’t beat the location either. We walked our dog every day in the quiet neighborhood but were minutes away from all the restaurants and hiking sites. Really was a perfect place to stay. They thought of everything and Kim was. Wry responsive and prompt in answering our questions. Highly recommend.
Great backyard, safe for our dog and we enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub.
Handy kitchen, fully equipped. Loved the coffee station too.

This was the perfect house for our week stay. It’s conveniently located just off the 89A, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. It’s also a quick drive to the downtown area. There are plenty of hiking trails within a few minutes as well as bike trails that are accessed right in the neighborhood. The fenced in yard was awesome for our dog. We loved having a jacuzzi to relax in at night and a fire pit for the cooler evenings. The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were firm and comfy. The hosts really thought of providing little conveniences for their guests. We would definitely recommend this rental and would love to stay there again.
