Situato tra la 21ª e la 22ª strada, questo condominio offre viste sull'oceano e accesso laterale dal parcheggio privato coperto al lungomare e alla spiaggia.

Godetevi le viste sull'oceano e sul lungomare dal balcone sulla spiaggia. Rilassati alla fine della giornata nel soggiorno con una TV LCD Sony da 50 "con accesso Netflix e un lettore DVD Blu-ray, un divano La-Z-Boy e un futon convertibile. Assapora i tuoi pasti guardando l'oceano nella sala da pranzo con comodi posti a sedere per 6. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e dispone di un bar per la colazione se sono necessari posti a sedere supplementari.

Our stay in Virginia Beach was absolutely amazing! This condo is truly a hidden jewel—beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home.Margie Chapman was the most incredible host. She was welcoming, thoughtful, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and takes great pride in this beautiful property.We made so many wonderful memories here and honestly did not want to leave. Great location on the beach. Living room balcony overlooking beach and master bedroom balcony overlooking street and shops. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Location & View

It is located in the heart of Virginia Beach with access to all little charming restaurants and shops. There is a straight shot to the highway towards Norfolk. And you cannot beat the ocean view. Wonderful place

A great place.

Very nicely done property. Plenty of room to stretch out. We walked most places to eat or shop. Spent 3 days commuting to Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Perfect beach evenings after those days. Easy walk to the beach. Felt like a resort without all the resort people.

Favorite place to stay in Virginia Beach!

I love this comfortable, safe, clean property. This was our 2nd time in this building, the views are fantastic and the location top notch. We will be back! Thanks to Margie for her assistance in booking our stay and for making sure we received our package!!!

Awesome Rental

Margie is very easy to work with and is readily available if anything is needed-easy seamless check in process and an amazing rental with a awesome view oceanfront and the best of Atlantic Ave as well! I absolutely love this rental and highly recommend it!!!!

This property didn’t disappoint. Perfect location right on the beach and boardwalk. Saw lots of dolphins from the balcony. The front balcony is where the street entertainment was!

We got to the place late Saturday night and the neighborhood was hopping but you could barely hear it inside. The next morning.... magical. The apartment is amazing and the view is a dream. We shopped up and down the strip and often went to the beach to unwind. It's literally like a home away from home, clean, spacious and relaxing. We're excited to come back again for the magic! Thank you Maggie for being such a helpful gracious manager to me and my family. :)

The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need, loved the Keurig, dishes &silverware were of very good quality. Appreciated that there was TP,garbage bags to get you started. TV remotes easy to use, Margie was very good at responding to questions. Beds & furniture comfy,,recommend the laundry service. The screen door leading into the condo was cumbersome to get around when using the carts to bring up suitcases, etc....overall I would book again.

Beautiful and clean condo

Very clean condo with great views! Much larger than the pictures show. Plenty of room for everyone. Master bedroom is on the street side, across from a night club. It can be noisy at times, but tolerable. Makes for great people watching though LOL We had a wonderful stay and would come back for sure! Margie was wonderful to work with and we had no issues. Thanks for a great beach vacation!

She even check in with us during our stay to see if there was anything we needed. There was nothing to need, place had everything from dish soap and hand soap in all the bathrooms and even dish washer and laundry detergent. We packed it all and didn’t even need. Awesome location. Nice Clean Condo

The condo was extremely nice and was very clean when we arrived. This location was very easy to find and provided views of the beach and boardwalk. Contact with the property manager was quick and effective. The only caution is with the noise. As this location is close to several bars that close at 2am, anyone that is not accustom to the noise from outside might have a hard time sleeping until the bars close. That being said, this location is ideal for anyone that enjoys a vibrant night life. I would recommend to several friends.

Review

The property surprised me from the outside. I was expecting something a little nicer. The inside kitchen was very nice. The bathrooms could use some updating but functioned just fine. The balcony view of the Ocean was nice also. I covered the futon and the couch with sheets because I felt like they looked very well used, and didn’t want my children sitting on them. Perhaps a material that could be wiped off would be better.

Thank you for your review. The board of directors have initiated some of the exterior work on this building which has made an improvement however, there are still a few more things that are in the works. Regarding the sofa and futon, they have been recently cleaned. The owner has made plans to replace them. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Hope to see you again soon.

Best location!

It's always hard finding the "perfect" location for vacation, especially when you aren't familiar with the area. I rely a lot on reviews, so I will share mine and hope it helps you! This location is perfect! It is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo, incredibly clean - and was perfect for us (4 adults). There is room to sleep 6, probably 8 if you use the fold out couches in the living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom. with a walk in shower. There is a balcony off the master bedroom overlooking Atlantic Ave. The second bathroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed set - it also has its own bathroom/shower. There is a half bath near the kitchen/living room area. The kitchen is perfect - and has all you need for your stay - cooking in or going out. Living room with 2 couches and a TV. There is parking available right on site - and the beach is literally right outside your door! There are tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance - for us it was the absolute perfect location. It can be a little loud at night - but with a fan or white noise machine (there is one in both bedrooms) you don't hear a thing. I highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful ocean views and sand and beach literally at your feet! This was a perfect spot for a single mom traveling with three busy kids! Plenty of space and always something to do. I personally enjoyed sitting on the balcony every evening with the ocean and watching the dolphins in the morning. Check-in was smooth, property staff was great and fun was had by all!

Cons:-Upon arrival at the drop box where we received the keys, we were informed the elevator was not working. We stayed for a week. Had to utilize the stairs. We were on the 4th floor. - building is dated and parking is tight. Beware if you are traveling in a truck or SUV-We were awakened by a domestic dispute early one morning by those who were not staying on property. The property does have a gate however that was not working either. -there was carpet in the bedrooms. They need to be pulled and replaced by hardwood as it is more sanitary.Pros: The unit itself was not bad. Is not upscale if that is what you are accustomed to. It does have everything you need. Appliances in the kitchen are up-to-date. I applaud them on that. Although small, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The unit was clean.-the ocean front view was nice. I hope this review helps you. For a safer more luxurious condo/area keep scrolling.

Alexis, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The owners and I sincerely regret the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Unfortunately, the issues with the parking lot gate and the elevator were beyond our control. The parking lot gate was damaged when a contractor's vehicle struck it, and the repairs are delayed while we wait for replacement parts. Similarly, the elevator had been operating reliably for a long time before this unexpected issue occurred, and it's repair took 4 days due to the availability of replacement parts. We understand how frustrating these situations can be , and although they these circumstances were outside of the owner's control, a partial refund was initiated as a gesture of goodwill and acknowledge of the inconvenience. Thank you for your positive comments regarding the condo!
