We're sorry to hear about the cockroaches in the bedrooms, the burned-out lightbulbs, and the dim lighting at the front parking spot. That's not the experience we want for any guest. Our properties are sprayed regularly. Still, cockroaches love the warm island environment, and they can be a challenge even with ongoing treatment. We always encourage guests to reach out to us directly during their stay so we can make things right right away. Our team could have sent housekeeping to replace the bulbs and scheduled pest control for you. We've shared your notes about the parking area lighting with our team as well.
