This property has it all. From kitchen utensils to AMAZING views, there's nothing more you'd need. We saw dolphins from our lanai twice, enjoyed a beautiful warm pool during the day and relaxed at the fire pit in the evening. Location was perfect - close to beaches, restaurants, stores. The owners Chris and Mike were so very nice, accommodating and helpful. Excellent communication. Would highly recommend.

The house was spacious and clean. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunrise and the dolphins swimming. The outside area is nice and we enjoyed coffee on the pool deck every morning.The kitchen had everything we needed.We had an AC issue but the host responded within minutes and sent a technician out the next day. Communications were excellent. The TV in the den is an older smart TV and wouldn’t allow us to add addl apps but some of the other TVs were newer smart TVs so we were able to watch what we wanted to. I would stay here again.

Spectacular views from inside the home and outside on the lanai. Even with the constant rainstorms we were able to stay dry outside under the deep covered porch. The inside space is equally comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. The saltwater pool was great. The owner is quick to respond which was much appreciated. We were sad to leave.

When we check in, we always walk through the property looking for damage so we don’t get blamed for it. This property had a screen around the pool flapping in the wind,a pendant light out in master bath and curtain rod almost falling off the wall and the back sliding door would not lock. We wanted the lock fixed right away as our belongings and self were at risk. We notified the owner and she called and was unaware of the damage. She said she would get the lock fixed but it took 2 days as we checked in on Sat , so on Mon, the lock was fixed. They sent out a guy to fix the screen but instead of fixing one screen, he replaced over 13 screens. This took him 2 full days! So while we were having pool time with family and kids, we also had a stranger there for 2 days doing maintenance on the screens. It was awkward for us. I notified owner at the end of the second day and expressed the awkwardness and that we felt like we lost 2 days of vacation. She contacted the screen guy and he said that he asked us several times if it was ok he do all the screens and that we agreed. This was not true, who wants a stranger at the pool area for 2 days? I mean till 8 pm! We feel maintenance should be done before arrival of a guest. All the screens did not need to be replaced especially when a guest has paid a lot of money to stay. Overall a nice house but we will not stay again due to reasons above. We were also not appreciative of cameras on the pool!

We are sorry there were some legitimate issues with the house, however the demand that there were no towels for the bathrooms when the towels were left neatly folded on the beds and being upset that there was not a garage door opener provided (which I do not nor would I provide), led me to believe that these guests were looking for a discount the minute they walked in. As each issue was conveyed, we immediately addressed them. The door locking mechanism, curtain rod bracket and pendant light replacement were addressed ASAP. Regarding the pool screens, we asked if they were wanting the screens addressed during their stay or afterward, and we were advised it was perfectly fine to proceed with the work during their stay. In total, 8 screens were replaced by our handyman as a result of recent thunderstorms, not “over 13” as proclaimed by the guest. We have used this handyman for years and he is extremely polite. He ALSO asked the guests if they would like him to come back later. The guest assured him it was perfectly fine for him to perform with the work during their stay. We find it interesting that the guest didn’t call us back to complain about the screen work until our handyman was almost done with the repairs. We honestly believe the guests just wanted a discount (our handyman advised he overheard them discussing this). We have provided a discount on occasion for a legitimate issue we could not immediately address. This seemed to be a behavior of getting refunds rather than actual discomforts or shortcomings of the house.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt in dem sehr schönen, großen Haus. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend und hat alles, was man für den gelungenen Familienurlaub braucht- viel Platz, schöne Schlafzimmer, große Küche, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen und draußen, einen sehr großen Pool und einen tollen Blick auf den Kanal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wenige Autominuten entfernt, der Highway auch, nur zum Strand ist es etwas weiter als gedacht, weil der direkte Küstenabschnitt Privatgelände ist, auch die Brücke kostet 3 Maut. Hat aber nicht gestört, in der Gegend gibt es genug zu entdecken. Rundum empfehlenswert.
