Host was very accommodating by letting us check in a day early to beat the snow storm coming in. House was small but suited our needs. Close to skiing and lodge.

Very clean room that comfortably fit a family of 5. Clean bathroom that provided amenities. Kitchen was very nice but there is no stove and a smaller fridge (though the grill was very useful on the deck). The pool was used by the kids who loved it. Great location for Torch Lake swimming and towns to get supplies.

Place waa not very clean, hideaway bed still had used sheets on it along with crumbs in the bed and under the cushions. Floor was not clean such as they never move the furniture. Most importantly it had two very old bunk beds i didn't deem safe, why because the bottom bunk broke during the night. Luckly no one was hurt too badly.

We always have sheets on the sofa sleeper and are a family friendly rental. It is non uncommon to have a few popcorn or chip pieces between the sofa cushions. The sofa doesn’t get used much as our groups are typically smaller. This reservation was for 4 guests and they arrived with 4 additional guests. The guest left a message about breaking a bottom bunk as they checked out. We alerted maintenance as to needing a repair; however when we arrived at the condo everything was fine. We have 2 very nice sets of twin bunks and we have lots of pictures in our advertising. The mattresses were fine, frames were fine and all of the slats of wood were fine and in place. No repairs were needed. Perhaps it was a prank? They didn’t break anything and the place was left in really nice condition.
