It’s always a pleasure hosting Jacob, he is our guest already for several years. And we highly recommend him as a guest, he is such a nice person The guests reported a smell of gas after they came back to the house late at night, they called the Fire department, apparently someone didn’t turn all the way off the knob on the cooktop. The Fire Department came inspected and left after a couple of minutes and there was no smell any longer, and the guests stayed another night. Just to be on the safe side we had the Gas Company to come and inspect everything, it cost us $150 for the inspection. There were no leaks and everything was checked safe. The inspector said that probably someone forgot to turn the cooktop gas knob all the way off. We take safety very seriously and always strive to provide our guests a safe and enjoyable environment for their vacation Thank you very much Jacob for bringing it to our attention- it’s always good to double check everything just in case God bless 🙏

Mike, I'll start by saying that you are never welcome to any of our properties in the future and I wouldn't recommend any host to host Mike. First, any and all communications from Mike (several phone calls, emails & text messages) were responded and I have their copies- so that's a flat lie Here are some details that Mike "forgot" to mention: 1. Mike called and aggressively demanded early check in to the property - I told him that it's not possible and If it will be possible there is an additional fee long story short he did go to the property unpermitted before the check in time. 2. During his stay, there was a power outage in the whole area. He called to report and I spoke with Edison and sent him updates of the repairs in the area. the outage time was for 3 hours. Mike again was very rude and aggressive and demanded that I will provide for him power or go to buy him a generator. I told him that this is not an option and he will need to wait until the power restores to the area. Those were all the discussions with Mike, He didn't call or complained about any thing else Oh yes he did Mention to me how beautiful is the house and that they are having a good time and because he broke into the house before the check in time (with out apologizing) he promised to write a good review Advise to all hosts / property owners - AVOID this guy

Sally and her group were an absolute pleasure to host! They communicated well, respected the cabin, and left everything in great condition. It was wonderful to hear how much they enjoyed the space—especially how the kids made the bunk area their own, and enjoyed playing in the snow. We’d gladly welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts!”
