Second time staying for Pirates series. Got to see the Buccos sweep the Brewers!!!! Had a great stay. The only issue was parking but the that was due to a block party I believe.

we loved every aspect of our stay here. The apartment was perfect and very clean. Check-in and check out was very easy and efficient! Location was outstanding. We were able to walk to all of our destinations on the North Shore very easily! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

The house was very clean and well-situated for exploring that side of town. Parking is free, and fairly easy to get on the street. All appliances worked well and the host made himself available to answer any questions.

Great property and excellent amenities! The stay was very comfortable, though the host wasn't the most responsive during the check-in process. Still a very nice place to spend a few days.

Fantastic location! Everything we did was 5-10 minutes away. Loved the coffee shop next door that turned into a bar in evening. Very clean, and comfortable foam beds. Amenities are a little sparse, minimum number of towels, etc. Can’t change from cooling to heating without contacting management (we were there when it was 50 and 80). Host was quick to reply. Not easy in Pittsburgh to find a place close to everything that has a bedroom and kitchen/living area on the first floor. If you’re traveling with anyone that needs less stairs this is a great option. Parking on street was always available within the block. Recommend without hesitation.

We had a great time. We were in town to watch the Seahawks vs Steelers. The townhouse was in a great location. Easy to walk to bars, restaurants and downtown. The place was very clean and host easy to communicate with.

Beautiful home. Great stop on our roadtrip. Host very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only concern is there are rules I wish I had known ahead of time - one example, no shoes allowed in the house; had I known that I would have packed slippers to wear. We did not find out these rules until we got there.

Host we responsive to messages, and the location was close to the activities, but we were disappointed.- On street parking was a challenge. Finding space was difficult, and registering the vehicle with the police took a couple of tries as the instructions from the Host were outdated.- Neighborhood was mixed and loud so had 's & -'s. Some nearby shops were nice and we had an art festival pop up on the street. There was a lot f loud pedestrian traffic on the street and the building is close to the highway.- Apartment was dirty and had not been renovated in some time. Coffee maker was very dirty, walls were dirty, and door to bathroom had something on it resembling vomit.- AC was complicated and did not work well. Second floor was generally 10 degrees hotter than the first floor and the apartment took three hours to cool off after we arrived (in 71 degree weather).Overall I would not stay there again or recommend anyone else stay there until the owner renovates the location and you don't need parking.

Host was responsive. The house was clean, updated, and well stocked. We used the kitchen more than we normally do and we had everything we needed. It is close to the highway but it’s really no big deal. We didn’t notice the noise. The first floor bedroom and full bath was great for my parents. Steps up to the house but not a big deal. Really great stay.

The property is true to its description and the manager outlined directions well. Parking was a bit difficult the first evening. There is a bar located on the end of the corner lot hearing noise throughout the evening. The property itself is clean and beds are comfortable.

Arthur was great with the communication from the start. He answered my questions promptly. Check in was simple and the place was super clean and exactly what we expected. We only stayed for one night but it had all we needed. Location was right off the highway within minutes of stores and restaurants. We would definitely come back again!
