This home is very clean and comfortable. We were only able to stay a few days this visit, but I could definitely see it as a long term rental. It is nicely decorated and a/c works well. The neighborhood is very quiet at night. The host was easy to deal with! We enjoyed our quick visit.

The host met expectations and the house was perfectly located for our visit. The pool was clean and there was plenty of kitchenware. The rooms are well appointed and appeared recently updated. The check out experience was simple. The parking is a little confusing if you have more than two cars, but extra parking during daylight is close by. I would (and likely will) stay again.

Glad you enjoyed the fully remodeled house and large lanai and pool area. We have 1 parking space in the garage and 2 on the driveway and if truly needed 1 spot on the grass is just fine as there is no HOA. I Understand your group had 4 SUVs/trucks which were oversized and this can certainly present a challenge.

The host is super about communication. Everything was clean everything felt very neat and organized. The best part was whatever we needed seem to already be there. We truly enjoyed our stay the fact that we were allowed to bring our pets made it the stay of a lifetime.

Family Get Away

Came to town for a baby shower. The house was beautifully maintained and every need we had she already knew and had it for us. The outside pool was great!! We had kids with us, so this was perfect!! She thought of everything, all we needed was bath suits. The house was perfectly located and close to everything!!

Absolutely beautiful home. Very comfortable. Quiet. I needed some time to reflect & finally relax after my dad’s passing. Exact home away from home vibe I was going for.The pool allowed me to cross something off my bucket list, a COLD PLUNGE! And we did ride over to Venice beach for supper. It rained most of the time, but, we needed a “real“ rest. Everything needed shop wise, was just a short drive. We didn’t get to Mineral Springs & hope to return soon with my husband & dogs this time…thanks a bunch Lilia

We had a fantastic stay. The house was amazing, bright, airy, and very relaxing. It was as if our hostess knew what we needed. The ease of check in and out were perfect. Our hostess kept us updated and we were formed about things that would happen during our stay. Such as pool cleaning, and garbage day! We felt safe and secure, things were close by and easily accessible. The pet friendly fenced in yard kept our fur baby happy and free. The pool side was clean, fenced in and enjoyable if you aren't able to get to the beach! The beach was only 30 minutes away, restaurants and tourist attractions were close and enjoyable. We definitely are coming back and HOPE it is available for our next visit! Our hostess, was friendly and had the house set up for everything you or your family may need! We highly recommend this place to stay if your visiting friends or wanting to enjoy what Florida has to offer!
