We'd like to clarify that, as noted in our pre-arrival information and house instructions, we provide a starter supply of items for each bathroom and the kitchen, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and other essentials. These supplies are intended to help guests get settled upon arrival, and additional items may be needed depending on the length of stay and group size. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the sink stopper and Wi-Fi. We understand how frustrating that must have been and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. The Wi-Fi was addressed once we were made aware of the outage the vendor repaired the issue. The sink stopper was placed on the counter the day you contacted our office.
