Cocoa Beach Towers è un bellissimo complesso situato proprio sulla spiaggia e vicino al molo di Cocoa Beach che ospita surf, pallavolo, pesca, ristoranti e il bar Tiki. Cocoa Beach Towers è a pochi passi da Ron Jon's Surf Shop, a breve distanza in auto dal Kennedy Space Center ea soli 45 minuti da tutto ciò che Orlando ha da offrire (Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Orlando Premium Outlets).

Great location right on Cocoa Beach. Pretty cool to wake up and have coffee right on your lanai and get that view of the ocean!

Great break

Relaxing break from Chicago. Really nice area, lots of places to eat, nice places to walk, easy area to get around, and three rocket launches scheduled (two of which actually went off).

Everything was great

The place was clean and had everything we needed, there was no hassle getting in or checking out, and the host is great communicating and making sure everything is right for your stay. Great location, pool, beach access.

Beautiful apartment

We loved our stay in Cocoa Beach. The unit was very well-equipped. They even provided a closet full of beach supplies. The beds were very comfortable and the unit very clean. Communication was excellent. A great getaway for several days!!

Overlook paradise

The view and pool were very beautiful. The condo was very spacious and all modern conveniences were provided. A short walk to the beach was nice. There were plenty restaurants and shopping to choose from to. We would definitely recommend :)

Great pool, so close to beach and pier, always catch a launch from Cape Canaveral and close to groceries/bars/restaurants. For some reason the bathrooms in pool area are ignored, so not so clean.

Most beautiful condo on the beach

This condo is beautifully decorated with very modern touches. The views are spectacular of the beach and the Pier. I have rented from Stay in Cocoa Beach for several years and they have never disappointed me. Each year my stay exceeds they year before.

You can’t beat the views of the ocean and the sound of the waves!

We had a wonderful stay at Cocoa Beach Unit 52. Perfect location, lovely walks on the beach. We saw dolphins jumping right from the lanai. Not to mention the SpaceX Rocket launch we watched from the 5th floor. Very cool!

Ideal location

The condo was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for an enjoyable beach vacation. The view was spectacular! Access to the beach and pool was only a few steps away. Walkable to several restaurants and Publix. The listing description was accurate down to the beach chairs and umbrella. Thank you for making our stay stress free!

Great Stay

Condo had a great view. Nice pool. Quiet section of the beach. Plenty of room to put up chairs and umbrella and spread out. Room extremely clean. We stayed here during our daughters week of space camp. It was an easy commute to the Kennedy Space Center. We will definitely stay here again if we can return for camp.

Great apartment + extraordinary view

We've had a great time at Cocoa Beach and the apartment. We could hear the ocean every night. Excellent view, it was spacious, kitchen and TVs were really great. Wish main bed mattress was a bit more comfortable only. We'll definitely recommend to our friends.

Comfortable Clean and great location.

We really enjoyed our stay. All of the condo seemed newly remodeled. The place was immaculately clean and fresh. Everything worked without flaw. The large TVs were a nice treat at night and when there was rain. The location was very good. It’s a short walk to the pier and very close to many shops and restaurants including Ron John Surf Shop and a Publix just across the main road. We enjoyed the pool and beach and watching the surfers every day.

Extremely Relaxing.

Loved the condo. Fabulous balcony goes the whole length of the condo. Great view and largest, cleanest pool you could want. Lots of beach towels and comfortable beds. Only negative is the large couch, needs to be replaced. Every thing else was perfect.

Cocoa Beach Vacation

Our stay at Cocoa Beach Towers was wonderful! The location was great and we were able to see the many cruise ships coming and going right from our balcony. The beach access was very private and relaxing. The condo was perfectly situated for our needs. Could walk to restaurants stores and the pier from where we were located. We did two days at Disney and had just a little over an hour drive. The only thing lacking was the need for more time to enjoy and explore the Cocoa Beach area. Great place to stay and vacation and would stay there again! Thanks for having us!

Nice and clean

We really liked this property. It was very clean and has a great view. We were a little disappointed to find out the pool closes each night at 8:30 because it is primarily a residential condo complex. But, all in all, it was a great experience.
