Enjoy everything Lake Wateree has to offer fishing, swimming, and boating, located off of exit 41 on I-77 within short driving distance of Columbia, SC and Charlotte, NC. The property sits on 1 acre of water front nestled in its own cove for protection from the big water while enjoying your own swimming area. The lake front has a floating dock and boat launch for easy access to your boats or watercraft. The home is easily accessible to the yard and waterfront on a flat level property with lots of trees for shade and plenty of space for vehicles and trailers.

The home is an open concept floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed with access to its own bathroom for those bathroom shy guests. The other bedroooms are perfect for a couple or single guest while the 3rd bedroom is perfect for lots of kids or multiple guests that share a common bathroom that has a tub shower. The house is equipped with heat/ac, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. The screened in porch has a dining area. There are 2 covered carports for lounging and vehicles. The living room has a large rap around couch with a large television with Wi-Fi streaming.

This lakehouse has been in my family since the lake was originally built in the seventies. So even though it's a rental I'm very familiar with lake life and am an excellent asset to people trying to enjoy lake wateree and all it has to offer. Even though It might not look like much from the road, Everything in the home is new from floor to ceiling. Despite being newly renovated it was built in mind to be quite basic so it's functional and easy to keep clean. I am far from a picky host and live close but do not stay at the location. I'm extremely handy and know you will be in good hands if you stay here. For me it's all about the fun on the water. For the functionality and location makes it a great bargain for folks that want to enjoy the lake.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

If you enjoy fishing and being on the lake this is the place for you. The property sits dead center in the back of a cove that has an excellent swimming area and calm water. It's across the lake from the main cove of Lake Wateree state Park. It is close enough to the park and the upper lake where the boat congestion is minimal but still gives you quick access to the main part of the lake. The property is one of the original properties on the lake so it sits flat to the water, has no steep banks, or stairs, has a larger yard, and has 100+ year old trees on it. It has great neighbors and is super quiet compared to other parts of the lake, and has little to no vehicle traffic.
