LEGGERE LE NOSTRE RECENSIONI ECCELLENTI Crediamo che ciò che i nostri viaggiatori dicono del loro soggiorno sia la parte più importante di qualsiasi noleggio. Questo condominio unico è la più grande unità di noleggio in The Landings. Con un ingresso della porta d'ingresso che ti porta fino al retro dell'edificio sul balcone privato che si affaccia sul fiume, sulla piscina e sul molo delle barche. La maggior parte delle altre unità di noleggio in questo complesso sono la metà o meno. Siamo situati sul fiume Withlacoochee appena fuori dal fiume Rainbow con il suo scivolo in barca. Nascosto in un ambiente naturale di fiumi e cipressi. Ti sentirai come Madre Natura è il tuo ospite. Tuttavia, sei ancora a pochi passi dal quartiere storico di Dunnellon, dai ristoranti e dallo shopping.
Il condominio ha tutti i comfort necessari per goderti il tuo soggiorno. Due camere da letto con letto matrimoniale ciascuna, più un materasso matrimoniale di alta qualità per ospiti o bambini nella zona giorno. Questa unità condominiale ha alti soffitti a volta. Si affaccia sul fiume Withlacoochee. Con grande piscina, vasca idromassaggio e ampia area barbecue situata a pochi metri dal fiume. Non ti stancherai mai di questa meravigliosa cornice.

Direttamente sul fiume (una svolta a sinistra) che conduce al Rainbow River per alcune delle acque più limpide che tu abbia mai visto, noto per i suoi tubi o il fiume Withlacoochee per la migliore pesca del basso del mondo. Noleggio barche, immersioni o escursioni di snorkeling sono disponibili nelle vicinanze. Oltre alle avventure sui tubi.

We specifically chose this property for the river frontage and the two kayaks that we could use and we weren't disappointed. The kayak rack is a couple of metres from the dock so launching and recovery is easy, and after a 10-minute easy paddle we could be at the bottom of the Rainbow River. The kayaks are fine, 2 singles, one sit on top, one sit inside, both plenty stable. We saw otters feeding up at the bridge near Swampy's on our first trip out. As others have said, the apartment is great, clean and well equipped and Joe was super communicative and helpful. Now we are just trying to figure out when we can return!

This was by far the most relaxing vacation we have had in a long time. It was a much needed get away after all that’s been going on the last year. The place was just as advertised beautiful unit, beautiful view of the lake also facing the pool side. Dealing with the host was a breeze. The people who live there were very friendly and we made some new friends. We had a lot of fun together, laughing and sharing stories. The weather was great, and there is a lot to do in the area. There are also some very good places to eat. The price was great and are looking forward to planning another trip.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rental was very clean and well stocked! Loved being able to watch the gators swimming from the couch! Communication was fast and efficient. Definitely recommend!

Above and beyond expectations. We weren’t able to stay in our family property this year but this rental more than made up for it. More amenities than we could even use. Will definitely come back.

Relax close to Rainbow Springs

Relaxing family week in a quiet natural environment. Property was clean and fully functional, easy parking and walking distance to multiple restaurants. Nice pool and hot tub, easy access with provided kayaks to Rainbow river. Great communication with the owners, who were timely responsive to questions about the neighborhood.

Perfect retreat

I enjoyed my stay here. I especially enjoyed watching all of the wild life out on the water. It was the perfect little retreat from “life”. Joe was a wonderful host. The house had everything I needed to cook, clean and feel like I was home away from home. I will definitely stay here again.

Great Location and plenty of room for a family

The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. The view is great. Peaceful and relaxing. Plenty of room for the four of us. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a 2 minute drive to stores. In a quiet neighborhood. Good communication with host. We had a pleasant stay and would definitely go again.

Christmas vacation

The property was great. Our family had an amazing time. We enjoyed the pool, and even did some fishing. Residents we did meet were very friendly. Owner was always available if we had any questions. Definitely will rent again

Very relaxing setting

We came to Dunnellon for a week to do some work and take a mini-vacation. The condo we rented was a perfect setting for our needs, clean and just the right size for a couple or two. The town itself was a delight with several good restaurants and markets to provision the condo. Make sure to visit the Rainbow River, there is a state park, and numerous private concerns that rent kayaks, canoes and inflatable tubes for the public.

We’re longtime Dunnellon locals who live right here on the river, and we truly love this town and everything that makes this area special. We enjoy boating, kayaking, the Rainbow and Withlacoochee Rivers, and spending time outdoors.

We’re also both local Realtors, so if you happen to fall in love with Dunnellon while you’re here—and many of our guests do—we’re always happy to help if you’re curious about homes, waterfront property, land or anything else for sale in the area.

And while you’re sitting on the porch or relaxing by the river, remember to look up! You just might see us flying overhead in our little red Citabria airplane. Flying is one of our favorite ways to enjoy this beautiful part of Florida.

We live nearby, so we're available if you need anything during your stay. We love sharing Dunnellon with our guests and hope you'll enjoy this little river town as much as we do.

About the Neighborhood

This is the kind of place where the river is part of everyday life. Step outside and you’re directly on the Withlacoochee River, surrounded by huge old Florida trees, wildlife, boats and beautiful views. The crystal-clear Rainbow River is less than a mile away by boat, making this an incredible location for kayaking, boating, fishing, swimming or simply sitting by the water and watching the world go by.

What we love most is that you get the peaceful, laid-back feeling of Old Florida while still being able to walk into town. Stroll to waterfront dining at the Blue Gator, grab coffee or a bite at one of the nearby restaurants, browse the antique shops, or explore historic downtown Dunnellon.

Wildlife is everywhere. Depending on the day, you may spot turtles, herons, egrets, otters and other wildlife along the river. And if you hear a small airplane overhead, look up—you may even see us flying by in our little red Citabria!

Dunnellon is friendly, relaxed and refreshingly unspoiled. Between the Withlacoochee River, Rainbow River, historic downtown and the natural beauty surrounding you, it’s easy to understand why we chose to make this area our home.

What Makes Our Property Unique

One of the biggest things that sets our condo apart—even from other units in this complex—is that it is a lower-floor, true walk-out riverfront condo. There are sliding glass doors between you and the outdoors—simply open the sliders and walk out toward the river, docks, heated pool and hot tub.

Both the living room and riverfront bedroom have sliding glass doors opening directly onto the porch, giving you beautiful river views and easy access to everything outside. Morning coffee by the river couldn't be easier.

And the location is hard to beat. You're directly on the Withlacoochee River with the Rainbow River less than a mile away by boat. Bring your boat! Launch at the public ramp at Dunnellon City Hall right next door and keep your boat at the condo docks during your stay. We also provide two kayaks.

Inside, the condo has been completely remodeled and furnished with quality throughout, including premium bedding, a luxury shower, Mikasa dishes and a kitchen stocked with quality cookware and everything you need to prepare a real meal.

You can also walk to waterfront dining, restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores and historic downtown Dunnellon.

It's the combination of a rare lower-level walk-out location, direct riverfront setting, boat docks, easy Rainbow River access, pool and hot tub, and a beautifully remodeled interior that makes our condo unique within the complex.
