Beautiful and private. The home was exactly as described. Access to the home was the easiest I have ever experienced with VRBO.the home had everything we could have needed and my kids loved the treats that were left.

This is our second trip to this location. Great place. Has everything we needed. Short drive to the beach (the trail is underwater this time of year).Hosts are great at communicating and are very accommodating. Will stay there again.

The location of our home was a key to our selection when we purchased it. Out of the mainstream, yet close enough for quick access to goods and services. An easy walk to the beach, without the driving winds and rains that occur often. A nice quiet street with minimal traffic makes for a nice walk in either direction.

The House was without a doubt the best rental property I have ever stayed at. The amenities were great and so beyond what others offered. From crab traps to bicycles, there was nothing that we lacked. So many small and varied details that helped make our trip just so perfect. The bbq was top notch and with extra briquettes and fire starters. Family time at the grill is perhaps the most important part of our vacation experience and we had all the tools and resources at hand. The house was absolutely spic and span, and that is not always the case with other rentals, so it was a relief to know everything was clean and sanitized and just spotless. You could readily tell that much thought and care went into making sure that we felt at home and that’s what made our stay so very special. I just can’t say enough about the property, the owners and the incredible location. It was a fabulous time for us and for our dear friends that joined us at this beautiful beach house in Grayland.We shall return!Michael C. and friends.

From the moment we walked we felt at ease and at home. It was just so cozy and beautiful. The walk to the beach was perfect. They had everything you might want or need for a trip to the ocean! We look forward to going back again.

Very nice/clean and comfortable place. I liked the pellet stove in the living room for heat. Gave it a nice ambiance, and it was a tiny bit cooler so it worked great. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

I so appreciate Geoff’s remark about the pellet stove! The flame is mesmerizing and the heat is great. Especially on cold nights. The little wall heaters do well too, but flame heat brings back many memories from my younger days as I chopped wood to heat the house!!

Amazing House and Hosts

We had a wonderful experience staying at this place. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. What made it truly special was the personal touch and attention to detail – especially in celebrating my brother in law's birthday! We were genuinely touched by their kindness and thoughtfulness. It’s clear that the hosts( Tom and Nancy) truly care about the guests' experience. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

Santosh and family were a pleasure to have stay in our house. There was a problem with our TV, which we went back and forth texting to solve, but it didn’t get resolved. I have trouble with it too, so I’m changing the service provider in hopes that it will work better!! Santosh turned her focus to family games and reported a positive ending. A very pleasant and family friendly experience. Our house was left in good condition with my little notes being followed for a very nice check out, as reported by my housekeeper. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!!
