Location was excellent. The condo was good. Our experience was very good, the weather was a bit chilly but it was fine. The bikes were in below average condition. Truffles was great.

Family Vacation

Great location. Condo was clean. Wheel chair accessible. Check in and check out was easy. Be sure to utilize the free rentals that come with the room!

The condo is very dated inside with worn out furniture. The listing states washer and dryer which is not in the unit. The AC went out on our last evening, outside temps were close to 100 so it got hot quick. The rental company refused to send someone out to fix so we suffered through a night of no sleep. The location is fantastic. If you want a great location and not picky about the interior then this is a good unit.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the location, but we're sorry your stay ended with an unexpected A/C issue. We also wanted to clarify that while there is not a washer and dryer inside the villa, laundry facilities are available just down the hall from the villa. Regarding the A/C, our after-hours emergency team immediately contacted multiple HVAC companies as soon as the issue was reported. Unfortunately, because the call came in after 11:00 p.m., no technicians were available to respond until the following morning. We understand how frustrating that was, especially during the hot weather, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue working to provide the best possible guest experience.

Great location for family wedding. View of lighthouse compromise by oak tree limb. Some attention to repairs included light out over sink, under microwave, oven. The kitchen sink faucet swivels around and doesn’t stop so hard to judge cold and hot. Could not get to the iron and board as closet was locked. A little more bath soap would be nice. Good bed covers and lots of towels.

The stay was very good. There are a few things…1 Replace Start button on dish washer2 Replace outside fan / light3 Repair sliding glass door lock4 Add a regular coffee maker5 Don’t have electric cords on floor running to lamps. Big trip hazard.Trying to make yall better than a 5. Cheers!
