Hi Kelly, This home consistently receives 5-star reviews from guests, and the experience you had is not what we strive to deliver. We take that seriously and are actively addressing everything you’ve brought to our attention. Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We truly appreciate it, as it helps us continue refining the experience for future guests. Regarding the kitchen appliances, the home is equipped with two dishwashers and two microwaves. At the moment, one set is fully functional while the second set is awaiting parts for repair. We intentionally market the home as having one of each to ensure expectations are always met or exceeded. Once the parts arrive, all appliances will be fully operational. We also want to clarify that the home does not have a tennis or pickleball court. It is advertised as having a basketball court. That said, your suggestion is a great one and definitely something we will take into consideration as we continue enhancing the property. On the coffee setup, the original machine had a crack that was not visible to the naked eye and was unfortunately missed by our cleaning team. We are glad we were able to quickly provide an emergency coffee pot during your stay. In addition, the home is equipped with a Keurig machine and pods, and we hope that option worked well for you too. Regarding the toilets, this was not a false alarm. Our plumbing team inspected the system, snaked the line, and removed sanitary napkins and other items that had caused the blockage. We have since received a clean drainage report confirming everything is now functioning properly. Based on your experience, we will also be adding clear signage in the bathrooms to remind guests not to flush wipes or sanitary items.
