Incredible, brand-new property in Oxford! Feels more like a very well-designed, high-end home than a rental property. Will definitely stay here again:) Convenient location, an easy walk to The Grove and the stadium on game days!

We had an absolutely wonderful day! This rental was spectacular from start to finish and truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for us. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommended to anyone visiting Oxford!

Property was perfect for our weekend in Oxford. Stayed here for Junior Preview Day at Ole Miss and the location and proximity to campus was great! Conveniently located to campus and the square. The interior was beautiful and the host even provided fresh flowers to make the space even more inviting. Great stay!

"The Manning is a Touchdown"The property feels fresh, upscale, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room to relax and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is hard to beat; close enough to walk to both the Grove and the Square, while still offering a quiet place to recharge. Tom, the host, made sure we were taken care of even though he was on vacation overseas! Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as represented in the listing. We had family that came to visit with their two small children, so having a place on the first floor that housed their entire family right next to each other was a blessing. It was the perfect home base for our time in Oxford, and we would book it again without hesitation. Five stars, easily.

We loved our stay at The Kiffin!! The hosts were very welcoming, and the house is new and absolutely beautiful in every way. We had plenty of room and we loved having our breakfast together siting around the kitchen table with so much natural light coming in the beautiful windows. We could walk to the Square and to the Grove for tailgating, so everything was very convenient. We have stayed at several of the local hotels but with a group, this is by far the way to go. Thank you so much for another amazing weekend in Oxford.

The property is very new and nice. It is exactly as described and has a very convenient location to both campus and The Square. The finishes are very nice and was well stocked with may of the normal things (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc) that may VRBO’s do not pay attention to. There were a couple small items I believe were because of new construction that the property manager jumped on quickly. The check in and check out process were very simple. I would recommend this residence and we will likely stay there again.
