We had an amazing time with our family at Casa De Soulshine. The house was perfect for our needs and was well stocked with all the essentials. We all enjoyed relaxing in the pool and at night the game room was a big hit with the adults. The location was great. Very close to downtown with lots of restaurants and interesting history of St. Augustine.

Great location, plenty of parking. House had two living areas, which was great! Wish the pool had been heated but exterior amenities were awesome. Definitely would stay here again!

The house was beautiful and it had plenty of activities for the whole family. There was plenty of room in the house for our 5 kids plus my husband and I. It was conveniently located between the beach, plenty of shops and restaurants and downtown st Augustine. I was able to communicate easily with the property manager through messaging on VRBO. Will definitely be back!!

The house was OK. A couple of minor cleanliness items and some kitchen items could use updating. Some disappointing problems. We could not gain access using the code supplied. This problem persisted throughout our stay, but fortunately did not cause us any real problems. The one major problem for us was the grill. We had communicated prior to our stay to see if the grill pictured on VRBO site was gas. The grill pictured was a rather large grill (see attached picture) and we were assured it was gas (no gas supplied so we brought a tank) and what was pictured was accurate. We were planning on making ribs (3 racks) one night and steaks (steaks 8) another night. We got a 16” kettle grill (see attached picture) still full of old charcoal, not even close to useable for our group.

We had a very nice family vacation. The house accommodated our large group and everyone had something fun to do.The home’s location was perfect for us to drive a short distance to enjoy shopping and visit the local sights.

We were traveling to play golf, there were 4 adults. It was great that we all had our own room and our own bathroom. There were multiple places to hang out and enjoy ourselves. The screened in porch was great as the nights were warm enough to watch TV outside and enjoy the night air. We did not need anything, but knew that Nicholas and his team were only a call away. If I ever go back to St. Augustine, I will definitely try and stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. I traveled with family. 9 adults had plenty of space. The kitchen is where we hung out the most. The table was perfect for hanging out and playing games. The pool area was beautiful. We had fun playing baggo. I would definitely stay here again.

Although, there were a few issues with the internet and being able to watch television during our stay, we still was able to have a wonderful time to include being able to see additional family members the night prior to leaving. We really appreciated the hospitality that was given as well as the effective communication. I will definitely recommend this home. Thank you so much.
