Great spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here with 5 adults and 3 children and it was perfect. Akumal is a lovely, very safe spot to wander and the property was amazing. Was amazing to have the choice to swim or snorkel right off the beach or lounge by the pool. Several restaurants within walking distance and golf cart rentals very near by. The company was great to work with and very friendly.

Oceanfront stay with a private pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a beautiful property with great ocean access and a private pool. The house and yard were cleaned and maintained daily and kept spotless and immaculate. The employees working at the home and at the office were responsive and helpful with everything we needed. Only complaint is that the living room/kitchen area does not have AC and gets quite warm even with the windows open.

Half Moon Bay Elegance

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time here! It’s very clean and airy. It’s well maintained and everything was in working order. The location is ideal and views of the sea are beautiful! We loved the layout of the house, with lots of privacy in the three separate bedrooms and the gathering spaces were generous and elegant. We spent lots of out time outside in the palapa, admiring the magnificent view!

Wonderful family vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went to celebrate my 80th birthday and my daughter’s 44th. The place is gorgeous and walking distance to good eateries. We did not need a car which was a plus. The view is spectacular. The hold space open and airy. The bedrooms and common areas both in and outside are a delight. The bedrooms are totally separate from each other which is a plus. The kitchen is very functional and we made most of our own meals. We brought our own snorkeling equipment and SUPs. The folks at LocoGringo were very helpful- we only wish we’d met them in person but were too busy doing stuff. We were all entranced by the iguana, agoutis, coatamundis & birds. The woman who cleaned and man who cared for the outdoors were wonderful.Only downsides: There are many stone steps which could be a problem for less able guests. Bathrooms are only accessible through bedrooms.

6 nights in Media Luna/Akumal

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Casa Paraiso Sept 5-11, 2026. We were offered a complimentary upgrade from the condo we booked, as that area of the beach has sargassum. The home was easy to locate; note that it is also known as Casa Tlalocan and that is what is on the entrance sign. We had no issues with the lockbox and gaining entry to the home. The listing clearly state that only the bedrooms have air conditioning, and the main living area heats up when the windows are closed. The kitchen/dining/living room are all one open area with floor to ceiling sliding doors that open up to the sea breeze and waterfront view. The kitchen was fully stocked with the basics, including a coffee maker and filters.Bedroom #1 on the main floor had 2 double beds and the only access to the main floor bathroom. We chose to stay in bedroom #2 which is the first bedroom up the stairs. It had a king bed, ensuite washroom, and amazing ocean views. Bedroom #3 with the 3rd washroom is a self-contained unit with 2 single beds and is accessed by walking across the roof terrace.The back yard is waterfront with a palapa perfect for breakfast or cocktails. Stairs lead down to the water where to a cute sandy area with loungers. The beach is rocky, water shoes with rubber soles are a must! We snorkelled a few times and saw some tropical fish and colourful patches of coral. The water is shallow and we had to wade out a fair bit. The outdoor shower was great to rinse off afterwards. The villa was spotless and offers daily housekeeping by the lovely Dahlia, as well as ground keeping. I was startled a few times to hear someone in the yard while enjoying the pool. Be mindful to draw the curtains when dressing as there can be someone in the yard. For us personally, we would have valued more privacy with less frequent services. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay at Casa Paraiso. We loved the private pool and the fact that It is only a short walk or 1 minute driv

This was honestly one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Waking up every morning to the beautiful views was unforgettable, and the house itself was even better than the pictures.The property was spotless, comfortable, private, and incredibly well maintained. The daily housekeeping service was amazing and made our stay feel truly relaxing. The staff was kind, professional, and always made sure everything was perfect.We also loved the location. It was peaceful and private, yet close to restaurants, groceries, and everything we needed. Finding food and local attractions was incredibly easy.Our family spent an amazing time here, and we genuinely did not want to leave. If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and stress-free place to stay, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.Thank you for helping make our trip to Mexico so memorable!
