This property was clean and spacious. The beds were all very comfortable. Access to the beach was easy. Parking was convenient and the view from the room was incredible! Would definitely stay here again!!

This condo comfortably fit our 5 adults and 2 kids. Short walk down to the water and was not crowded. Pool was on the smaller side but the kids enjoyed it.

Everything was great other than the pool. It was dirty and the hot tub wasn't hot not were the jets working. The condo was very clean and well maintained. We had a great time and would recommend it.

Perfect View

This property is in the ideal location with little traffic, restaurants, and close beach access and a peaceful quiet atmosphere. Great place for a little break. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Sea Dunes 304 was Great!!

We enjoyed our stay at Real Dunes 304. Property was clean, had everything we needed and such easy access to the beach and plenty of attractions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place on Okaloosa Island!

Beautiful stay almost great weather

Great set up. Wonderful view of the gulf from the master bedroom and the living room. Have already booked the same property for next season.

Great location

We've stayed her before and love the location and size of the complex. Some of the carpet and furniture is showing signs of wear. But all in all still a nice place.

Safety… both doors for patio don’t lock. Needs a good cleaning.

The weather was great. Beaches were beautiful. My family enjoyed!!! This place had all you needed. Plenty of towels also.

Mary, Thank you for the feedback. If you had let us know about the locks during your stay, we would have sent someone to fix them. Same with the cleaning. Excellent Beach Getaway

We had an amazing time during our stay. The condo was exactly how I imagined it to be and I was surprised by how great the views were. It was easy access to the beach and it was just far enough down the island that the beach wasn’t crowded. We did have some minor issues but RealJoy Vacations was very prompt in resolving them.

This place is wonderful. Perfect view of the gulf. Close to everything you need. Quiet, relaxing, clean and well maintained. Plan on staying at this place again.

Loved this property. The only thing that we disliked was the size of the pool. It was a great over all experience.
