Pearl Beach House è un recente ristrutturato casa a due piani con elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, granito, e nuovi armadi in cucina. Bella lucernario con l'illuminazione della corda umore, luci sotto-armadietto, e lampada a sospensione aggiungere alla bella vena relax serale per il vostro divertimento. La casa ha tutto ciò che una persona si aspetta in una bella casa di vacanza. Tre televisori a schermo piatto, radio / lettore CD, connessione internet Wi-Fi tavolo da gioco / puzzle, gioco di calcio balilla, ping pong, basket, quattro biciclette per adulti e una per bambini in bicicletta, sedie a sdraio e ombrellone, spiaggia coperta, rotolando ghiacciaia, sfiorano bordo, boogie bordo, adulti e libri per bambini, e bambini e adulti giochi.

La casa dispone di una seconda storia balcone dove si può vedere il roller coaster Santa Cruz Boardwalk, log run, e altre attrazioni. Il fiume San Lorenzo e anche il ponte treno iconico presieduto la riunione fiume San Lorenzo il famoso Santa Cruz Boardwalk può essere visto da questo ponte. La casa si trova a dieci minuti a piedi dal lungomare e Santa Cruz Beach; non c'è bisogno di guidare e pagare per il parcheggio. C'è anche un bel parco giochi / parco a 5 minuti a piedi. Questo parco ha altalene, scivoli, un apparato di arrampicata, campo da basket e un grande prato per il vostro divertimento. La moto fiume / piste da jogging, su entrambi i lati del fiume, sono a soli 4 minuti a piedi. Attività di godimento sono raggiungibili a piedi; non è necessaria alcuna guida.

Questa bella casa è la camera matrimoniale con il suo piccolo terrazzo al piano di sopra. Questa camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e di una TV a schermo piatto. Il piano superiore ha anche un accogliente angolo di sonno / lettura per i bambini, la cucina, sala da pranzo e camera familiare. Il bagno al piano superiore ha una bella doccia piastrelle e granito. Una camera da letto al piano di sotto ha un letto matrimoniale, e l'altra camera da letto al piano di sotto / sala giochi ha una grande TV a schermo piatto e cuccetta Hollywood. Il bagno al piano inferiore ha una vasca con doccia piastrellata e granito. Letto aggiuntivo nel soggiorno ha Queen Futon.

Ci sono due aree relax all'aperto. La terrazza al piano superiore ha un patio tavolo e sedie comode. Questo mazzo vista anche un barbecue a gas e un ombrello. Vi è anche un ponte cortile con tavolo, sedie e ombrellone per il vostro divertimento e relax.

A perfect place to enjoy Santa Cruz

We used this as a base for seeing many sights that Northern California has to offer. We also had lovely Christmas dinner and new years celebration. Very comfortable with room for kids to play and grownups to visit.

Great location and great for 6 adults

Our large group all commented on liking this property for its size, location, cleanliness and usability. Only minor suggestion would be to provide coffee supplies for the guests.

We had a wonderful time. The house was exactly what we were looking for. A half-mile from everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

It was a beautiful little place the only downside was the bottom bunk mattress. It was more a piece of plywood than a mattress but other than that it was an amazing vacation.

Great trip with teens

Took a girl scout troop of (6) 16/17 year old girls. Location was perfect for the scouts to walk to nearby restaurants and the beach/boardwalk. Everything in the house worked great! Scouts were able to cook meals and the kitchen provided all the tools they needed. Kitchen windows have views of the beach and boardwalk. Management company was super kind and helpful. One of the best service experienced. Great place and excellent location. Highly recommend.

great location

the neighborhood was very peaceful, property was clean the refrigerator was being replaced we was notified just before checking in but they had a backup in the garage. The property management was great easy check-in easy directions and was really close to the boardwalk and other excursions. Would rent again.

Nice home for 6 people

Nice home close to the Boardwalk. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen is fabulous. Only issue was the bunk bed in the downstairs bedroom, it needs repaired as the bottom bed is broken and very squeaky.

Great Family Place

4 adults and 3 teenagers/children had a wonderful vacation! The house is clean and kitchen/family room is exceptionally nice for large families. Was initially concerned that neighborhood was a little sketchy but it was perfect in terms of proximity to boardwalk and beach and we had no trouble at all. Thank you, Bailey’s!

Perfect family vacation home

We had the pleasure of staying here for a week and really enjoyed this home. It has a large open living area. Lots of comfy seating. Lots of games and books. Feels homey. The large kitchen has a new fridge and all the serve ware you'll need. The upstairs deck is awesome with a view of he boardwalk and river. The back yard is lovely. Location is good. I would definitely come back here.

Sweet little cottage

My family and i had a wonderful time hangout out this sweet cottage in Santa Cruz. Its the perfect distance from the boardwalk so you can get there without driving. But far enough away so you dont have to hear the rides going all night. The house is very clean and stocked with lots of kitchen amenities to use. There is also lots of extras in the grage to use at the beach so you dont have to bring or buy stuff if you have forgotten it. We loved this house!!

Multi-generational Extended Weekend Stay

This property was perfect for our multi-generational extended weekend stay. It was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We appreciated the off street parking. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. There were plenty of activities to keep the grandsons entertained. They enjoyed being able to see the lights of the boardwalk from the balcony and then taking the short walk to spend the afternoon there. The layout of the house was perfect with the 2 younger generations sleeping downstairs and we grandparents sleeping upstairs. We were very pleased with this VRBO.

Great price for the location

The property was clean and well stocked, a great location, being walking distance from the boardwalk. The only downside to this property was hot horrible the beds were. All the mattresses felt like they were about 50 years old, which made for pretty poor sleep. I probably wouldn’t stay here again for that reason, but would if the mattresses were updated!

Just what we needed

This is a spacious, clean, and comfortable home that fit our needs. Great views of the boardwalk and a short walk to it. Beats paying $30 for parking. Nice quiet neighborhood. There is PLENTY of room in this home. Large kitchen and lots of seating in the TV room. The only mistake we made was we were so busy we were only there to sleep. I wish I had more "downtime" to relax in this home, but there's always next time :)

My son’s 18th birthday

We celebrated my son’s birthday with some of his friends in Santa Cruz at this house. The location was great. The rain kept them from going to the boardwalk but the bikes at the house kept them entertained. No small feat for 18 year olds. There was plenty of room for them downstairs. The house is older but in comparison to Santa Cruz homes it is very nice. Also very clean. This is also my second experience with the rental company, Bailey Property Management. They are very professional and run a smooth operation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and updated kitchen. The Hollywood bunk was so uncomfortable that my daughter was not able to sleep on it. She had to take the spring twin mattress off and sleep on the floor. There was no mattress on the bottom, only a sleeping pad on top of metal bars and plywood. Overall it was an okay place but the Hollywood bunk is not usable.

would not stay here again

we ended up with bug bites on our legs. suspicious for bed bugs. the mgmt company is looking into this and getting the house treated. but this has created tons of grief for my wife at home, as we are trying to get everything treated so it doesn't set up shop in our home. parking is horrible as well. constantly fighting with the neighbors for a spot in front of the house. the driveway will not accommodate a minivan w/o blocking the sidewalk. furniture is aged. needs replacing. wifi works fine. location is good, as it's a close walk to boardwalk and beach.

Excellent get away near the boardwalk

The house has everything you need for a large group vacation. It was professionally clean and put together upon arrival. We were not able to use the bicycles in the garage, but there are enough for 8 or more riders. Plus points for the ping pong table! The backyard is cute and was a great place for us to hangout when it wasn't raining. We stayed in most of the weekend due to heavy rain and had a great time cooking and entertaining ourselves using the many amenities the house had. We did go out for a bit during a lull in the rain for a walk across the railroad bridge and down the San Lorenzo Trail. Good location. Our neighbors were very friendly and we had a good introduction with them when we checked in. Lastly, Lisa (the property manager) was always there when we needed her for any questions or concerns. She was very communicative and it was easy to contact her, despite difficulties from the recent storms and flooding in parts of Santa Cruz County. Thanks for the great stay. We will be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Driving down Pearl St i was a bit worried neighborhood looked a little rough but it was fine. The house is quite nice. Great view from the patio nice backyard. Location was close to everything. I would have liked to see a few kid friendly dishes and cups in the kitchen as well as Tupperware for leftovers as plastic wrap, foil, baggies are not provided. Bring your own laundry soap, Kleenex, bath soap. The ad states parking for two cars - the driveway is very short unless you have a Fiat or Minicooper your vehicle sticks out into the sidewalk. I was worried about getting a ticket.. As indicated in previous reviews all of the mattresses on every bed are HORRIBLE! For that reason I would not stay or recommend the property to friends unless I read all new mattresses. Property Management was FANTASTIC!!
