There is plenty of charm & a welcoming house. It was very clean with everything you’d need for a nice stay. Lots of space to spread out. Beds and sofas were all comfy and cozy! It’s a perfect, prime location!

This is a nice all property in a great location across from a marina that has a fun bar scene with good live music. There plenty of seating inside and outside of the house. Loved the lightening bugs at night!

This place was great had plenty of room for everyone and had pretty much anything you needed kitchen wise right across from the marina so getting to the boats was a breeze 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!!! We will be looking at staying here when we come to the lake from now on.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming lake house. The property is beautiful, incredibly peaceful, and provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway.The house itself is full of charm, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully cozy. The hosts have thought of everything—the kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the living spaces felt so warm and inviting.Access to the lake was incredibly easy, and the location was private yet close enough to local amenities. Communication with the host was seamless, making check-in and check-out completely stress-free.This place is a true gem, and we cannot recommend it enough. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

This is lovely home with large rooms and nice patio with hot tub, grill,Blackstone, and fire pit. the recreational park is nearby and also very nice. the downside was the poor phone reception and internet.

We are glad to hear you enjoyed the hot tub, blackstone and fire pit. I wish there was a way to improve phone service but unfortunately the mountain that is the backdrop for all the houses in this area of Kuttawa wreaks havoc on phone service. Most people feel the viasat internet service in the house works sufficiently. Sorry it didn't meet your expectations. We hope you choose to visit again.
