Beautiful and quaint house in the middle of small town Missouri. Clean and easy to get in and out. The home does not have a dishwasher, but that's about the only thing I can comment on outside of all the positives. Laundry was easily accessible. Rooms were all clean. Host was highly communicative. We enjoyed fishing for small mouth bass on the Big Piney nearby. Everything was perfect.

We stayed here for our son’s graduation and I would definitely recommend this place. It was clean and we were supplied with all the amenities we needed plus some. Sweet place.

Property was exactly as listed.very nice very clean older home.would definitely stay there again. One recommendation would be to add a handrail on one side of the front step for elderly guests. Overall great place.

Our host was prompt with her responses and welcoming! I had to make some last-minute changes due to weather conditions and she was very accommodating. The place is a nicely decorated older home with a lot of charm.

The Host was very prompt and available if we had questions, price was affordable, snacks and coffees and waters left out for us. Cutest little retro home, just what we needed for our stay. Thank you so much! Would recommend!

The yard is fenced, which is great. The steps to the back yard are steep though and the gate is hard to open and close, so be mindful of that. The house was very cozy and accommodating. Plenty of room and towels. The washer and dryer are a huge bonus. As are the thick blackout style curtains. Hosts are amazing at communicating and accommodating requests/questions. Front door is a bit tricky as its off hinge a bit.

This home has a perfect vintage feel that's so comfortable. The owner was so great to address any questions before, during, and after our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the top if the line toiletries were so nice. The neighborhood is quiet and its location makes it so easy to walk to the middle of town on old Route 66. The cutest stores and the cleanest, most organized Dollar General is right there. Definitely close enough to Ft. Leonard Wood that you'll have no problem making curfew. We loved staying here for our son's military graduation.

We came down for a graduation at the Army Base. Our stay was nice & quiet . Host was very fast in coming to save us whenever we didnt know the back door locked on its own . Pros: fast communication with host, neat older home with fun decor. Close to the army base & stores . Cons: Back door needs a warning, no outdoor seating to relax , beds wasnt that comfortable & very hard.

Hello Nikki! There are 6 very nice outdoor chairs stored in one of the bedroom closets and I would have been delighted to share this with you had I known you weren’t able to find them. The back door does actually have a warning, and furthermore it is not supposed to be closed from the outside by design. Unfortunately, you slammed it so hard that it broke my original closing mechanism and cracked 2 of the panes in the window on the door :( I’m so sorry to hear the beds were not to your standard. Of course, everyone has different preferences but our mattresses usually receive glowing reviews.

I would be very careful booking this BNB. The Host double booked it and when we arrived to the property there was already someone at the house. We received all confirmation codes for the house at the time of booking and day of and paid in full over a month prior. The host had zero remorse and tried to blame it on me and said “Thanks!” When I told her to pay better attention as she stranded me and my family and 2 dogs out of state late at night! Was a disgusting experience!!! 0/5 stars!!

Hello again Jenna! After receiving zero correspondence after my repeated messages and not hearing from you until several hours past check in time, I did move forward with cancelling your reservation. This has been explained to you in full already by both me, and the VRBO platform. Over a month with no correspondence and check in time coming and going without acknowledgement or response will usually result in a host moving forward with other arrangements.
