Appartamento orientato alle famiglie. Incantevole edificio d'angolo moderno, molto leggero e raggiungibile a piedi dal centro di Haarlem. Totale 150 metri quadrati: 3 ampie camere da letto, soggiorno soppalcato, cucina ben attrezzata.

1 ° piano: 75 metri quadrati. Entrare attraverso una scala comune, 3 camere da letto.
Camera da letto principale con letto matrimoniale (1. 80 cm per 2. 00 cm).
Seconda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale (1. 60 x 2. 00 cm).
Terza camera da letto con due letti per bambini (90 cm per 1. 90 cm e 90 cm per 1. 50 cm) e divano letto.
Dorme da 6 a 8.
Bagno con due lavandini, toilette, vasca separata e doccia separata.

2 ° piano: 75 mq. Scala al grande salotto moderno con travi in legno. Angolo di seduta con TV a schermo piatto, lettore CD / sistema audio / lettore DVD / Netflix. Tavolo da pranzo per 8 persone. Cucina aperta con grande frigo Bosch, congelatore, forno, lavastoviglie, bollitore, macchina Nespresso. Angolo di lettura con la sedia di Eames. Bambini che giocano angolo di cucina opposta. Sulla stessa logia del pavimento (balcone interno). Separare il secondo bagno. Stanza con lavatrice e asciugatrice.

A causa dell'ubicazione angolare dal sole di mattina fino alla fine del pomeriggio.
L'appartamento si trova in una piazza libera davanti alla porta. Facile da fare per esercizi, giochi per bambini e picnic. Non è permesso alcun veicolo, ma di fronte al garage di appartamento con posto auto privato. 4 minuti a piedi dalla via dello shopping, dal supermercato, dal negozio di fiori, dalla gelateria e dalla piccola via dello shopping.

7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Haarlem.
20 minuti di trasporto pubblico dall'appartamento alla stazione centrale di Amsterdam. I treni lasciano 7 giorni alla settimana ogni 10 minuti.

Great place, amazing host

Our small group had the best time staying here. The apartment was lovely and the location was excellent. It was easy to get to everything we wanted to do, the big square and little playgrounds were fun for our six year old, and it was quiet at night. The personal touch and care that Martyn and his family have for their guests is second to none. Easy communication and his recommendations were all excellent.

What an amazing property this was! My family stayed here with three generations ranging in age of 1 year to 66 years and we all loved it. The home is wonderful. So bright, clean, open and inviting. The bedrooms were all spacious and the living area upstairs is perfect for everyone to spend time together. Martyn was amazing throughout the entire process of booking through checking out. He is an amazing host. The location is fantastic. Quiet, parks nearby and lots of shopping within a 5 minute walk. We had the trip of a lifetime and this home was a huge reason why. If the specs of the home meet your needs, I strongly encourage you to book. You won’t be disappointed!

Uitgesteld.

In verband met de Coronamaatregelen is het verblijf uitgesteld tot later. In overleg met de verhuurder mogen we van de woning gebruik maken zodra F1 met publiek doorgaat. We hebben met deze regeling geen terugbetaling afgesproken. Op naar F1 in 2021!! Ik heb de score hierboven perfect gegeven omdat we erg blij zijn met de getroffen regeling.

Pâques à Haarlem

L'appartement est très bien équipé, vaste, lumineux, très agréable à vivre dans un endroit très calme. L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux. Gare, bus, commerces à proximité. Mer, et Amsterdam à 15 minutes. Parfait

Amazing family home.

We stayed in Martyn's home over the summer and we were not disappointed, the property is located in a very quiet area of Haarlem but very close to the centre. A 10-15 minute walk into the centre through charming streets really does set you up for the a very special city with many beautiful sights,buildings and museums. We were met at the train station in Amsterdam by a private taxi that Martyn had booked on our behalf, after a short trip we arrived to meet his lovely mother, Caty who showed us around this wonderful property. A very spacious home that was more than big enough for three adults and two children with all the modern equipment needed for a lovely family holiday. The train station in Haarlem is a 10-15 min walk away, so catching the train to Amsterdam is super easy. There are many local stores around but if you choose to use a supermarket we found Albert Heijn close by and good value. We had great communication with Martyn before and during our stay, unfortunately I had an accident on our way from the UK and needed to see a doctor, it was great to have several conversations with him concerning the hospitals close by. This property is fantastic and in a superb location, so close to Amsterdam but far away enough to relax from the the hustle and bustle of a major city. We enjoyed Haarlem so much we wouldn't hesitate to go back and we, would make Martyn's home our number one place to stay if we did. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The Harrison's

Charming and helpful owner and great place for a family. Convenient location.

Good location to visit holland. 10 minute walk to train station and from there easy to get to Amsterdam. Very convenient parking lot. We missed a hand towel but the stay was great. Owners left wine bottles, salt and other useful ingredients which were for us to consume. Caty and Martin where very charming and helpful. Martin also sent us great tips to make our stay better, like where to go or what to visit.

Great place - great host

The flat is very well equipped. You find everything you need. There were lots of great toys for the kinds. All the beds were super comfortable. The flat is spacious and the dining table big enough for 8 adults. Martyn is a super friendly host – very thoughtful and caring. We needed to see a doctor with our kid and he arranged everything for us. He has good recommendations for restaurants, nice places and “must-sees” in the surrounding.

Perfekter Urlaub

Unser erster Holland-Urlaub (Mama mit vier Kindern im Teenager-Alter) war absolut gelungen: die Übergabe kurz (wir waren sehr müde nach über 700 km Fahrt) und problemlos, das Loft herrlich gelegen (im Grünen, und das in einer Stadt mit über 150.000 Einwohnern), im verkehrsfreien Bereich (sehr ruhige Wohnlage) und gemütlich/komfortabel ausgestattet (genau wie in der Beschreibung), die Tiefgarage genau gegenüber, der Bahnhof in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, die Altstadt ebenso und der Supermarkt/Bäckerei/Metzgerei um die Ecke. Mit dem Bus waren wir in zwanzig Minuten am Strand (Bloemendaal) und mit dem Zug in der selben Zeit in Amsterdam. Vielleicht noch ein paar Worte zur Ausstattung der Wohnung: Wir haben in den zwei Doppelbetten und einem Einzelbett alle sehr gut geschlafen, der Aufenthalt fand aber hauptsächlich oben im Wohnbereich statt und durch die Größe des Lofts hat sich alles schön verteilt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt, nicht zuletzt wegen des Kontakts zu dem freundlich-lässigen Vermieter! Danke :-)

Great apartment, fantastic location!

We stayed in this loft apartment for 10 days and loved every moment of it. It was big enough for 4 adults with 5 kids (aged 9mths, 2x 3yrs, 4 yrs and 5yrs). The loft is really near the city center of Haarlem which has lovely cafes (where kids are welcome!). And of course the beach and dunes at only a 15 min train ride. Our kids love the train so it was a great way to travel. The grocery shops are also very near by. Only a 5 min walk or so. Very handy indeed. The owners were very nice and easy going. They reply quickly and clearly. We will definitely come back especially because the loft and the area is so child friendly!"

In 30 minutes you're in the centre of Amsterdam (by train) and 15 minutes walking or 5 minutes per bicycle in downtown Haarlem.
The apartment is big! 3 large bedrooms and a very large living room with lots of light!

Very child friendly neighborhood & car free in front (but easy parking).
Very open and light apartment. Many old & unique details and the living room is 6.3 meters high. It's just great to come home!!
