Would definitely book this property again.House was clean & had all the things we needed. Only issue we had was the igniter to the grill was broken, but luckily they had a long lighter for us to use to still light the grill.

Tub drain very slow, counter/floor a bit sticky. Some difficulty with outlets not working. Eventually connected with owner and figured it out.

We enjoyed the stay very much. It is a cozy place, but plenty of room for our family of 5. It is within walking distance to the water park and lake. We would recommend staying here!

Overall, great stay at this cabin. Listing was accurate and the place was clean. Just be aware that the owners have clothes in the closets and food in the fridge/freezer - still plenty of room for your stuff, but I usually don't see the owners' things at other VRBOs. Wish there was a full-length mirror in the cabin. Also would be nice if the first-floor bedrooms had ceiling fans. I had arranged for a later check-out with the owner in advance, but the owner did not convey that info to the cleaners and they showed up as we were trying to pack up which was a bit awkward. We were in each others' way, which was frustrating. Other than that, a good experience.

Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia e comunicazione
Pros: Home is in a great location close to many activities, shops, and Arnold's Park. You get wrist bands for the water park each day which is just a short walk. There is outside space for relaxing and yard games.Cons: There was no room for our food-the fridge was full of other peoples' food/alcohol, the freezer was over half full, and the pantry was full with no room. One of the reasons we chose rentals instead of a hotel is to make our own food so this was frustrating. The cleaning crew wasn't done so we had to finish the towels which was no big deal, but they obviously hadn't cleaned fully - there was a huge sticky area by the TV, many cobwebs on the floor behind the bathroom door (which would absolutely been caught if the floor had been vacuumed or swept, and the microwave had crud all over. There was a reddish-brown stain on the pillow sham. And, when taking a normal/short shower, the drain was so slow you were standing in inches of water. It appears that the code isn't changed between renters based on the property instructions unless he prints a brand new property rental rules sheet with each stay? The patio umbrella and grill ignition were broken. Lastly, huge delay in communication from owner - we had a relatively significant concern about the owner's property that was on site that wasn't responded to until a day later. None of these are huge, but definitely nothing close to the standards we have experienced at other rentals (i.e. other VRBOs or Airbnb).

We just recently began offering VRBO/rentals out of our cabin and are still working out the kinks with the cleaning crew or flipping the cabin between stays, we can’t control what the previous renters leave behind between stays but will take that into consideration moving forward. The owner communicated with you at 9 am the following day after you sent a message at 7:30 pm about “concerns”, none of which were emergent or significant. We appreciate feedback, so thank you, and we’ll continue to get better!
