Great place to rent for a family trip. Location was amazing, close to west hampton village, groceries, restaurants and farmers market. Home was clean with many extras amenities for kids and babies. Plenty of space on the patio and backyard with a big heated pool. And the host was extremely communicative early on to make sure the check in process was smooth. Highly recommend.

We had a terrific stay, and John was a fantastic host. He went above and beyond to make sure our time at the house was great. One of my friends left an item behind at the house after we had checked out, and John was kind enough to get the item back to him. Truly grateful for that. The property is amazing. The house was beautiful & clean, and the backyard was gorgeous. We very much enjoyed the pool, it is maintained magnificently. The grill works great as well. There’s also a grocery store conveniently close to the property, in case you need to go on a food & beverage run. John was great in communicating with me from the moment I had interest in booking the house all the way through checkout & even beyond. He was also graciously flexible with check-in and check-out. Couldn’t have asked for a better host. Great place for a group of people looking to take a trip to The Hamptons & Long Island’s East End. Highly recommend!

Could not ask for a more helpful, kind, accommodating host, who made sure we had everything we needed and quickly responded to any questions we had along the way. Really sweet home on a mellow street, with a very private backyard and pool that heats up quickly and retains heat well, too. (Wish our own pool did that!) We really loved being SO village-walkable — we hardly used the car. Lots of good spots for meals and ice cream. What a wonderful way to kick off the summer with our crew!
