Great place for small group with multiple families. We had space for everyone and great communal area for meals and training talks.

Stayed here with my ringette team (11 of us) and the feedback was that the beds were comfortable. We brought air mattresses so that we didn't have to share double beds but they had lots of pillows and blankets to go around. Everyone was comfortable. The house was a 4 minute drive to the Invista Centre so the location was perfect for what we needed. There were lots of restaurants and shopping driving distance from us as well.It was nice having a shared space to cook in and hang out in and the host was on top of everything we needed. She responded back quickly to any questions we had. We would absolutely book again.

Very clean house in quiet neighborhood

The house seems brand new, as is the neighborhood. It was a good fit for our family. It is on the outskirts of Kingston with a five minute drive to local restaurants. Drives to the waterfront take 20 -25 minutes, but traffic is manageable. The kitchen had all the kitchenware you will need. Bedrooms are furnished well with comfortable beds. It seems to be in a very safe area. There is a small park with children's play equipment at the end of the block. We saw two bunnies at the park.

Several parks nearby, great for kids.The open space in the kitchen/living room area made it very easy to socialize. The house is a new build with generally nice features. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals.Unfortunately, there were some cans left around the house and property when we arrived. The backyard was fenced, which was nice, but it was not maintained and the grass was very long, so it was not really usable. Many of the dishes and utensils in the kitchen were put away quite dirty with food still stuck on them, so we had to wash everything before we used it. The front door is a keypad lock but you have to lift the door when it unlocks, which made it difficult to get into the house before we knew how to work it.The 2 single beds are not in bedrooms. One is just in the upstairs hallway. The other is in a den without doors next to the kitchen. We would have re-thought this booking if we had known that 2 of the beds were out in the open. There are parts of the house locked off including the laundry, garage and basement. The only garbage bin available is a small green bin on the front steps, which was not big enough for our stay and we had to reach out about where to store additional bags. It also attracted animals which resulted in poo on the front porch. Overall, there are some positives to this house, but there were also some drawbacks that weren’t apparent from the listing. This is a nice place, but it was not worth the high cost.
