Welcome to Sol Luna, your bright and breezy oceanfront escape in peaceful Tierra Del Mar. Thoughtfully remodeled with crisp, clean décor and brand-new furnishings, this home combines relaxed coastal style with unbeatable beach access.
Located in a quiet beachfront neighborhood where deer and bunnies wander by, Sol Luna is made for easy living and family connection. The oceanfront deck opens directly to the sand, and a private front deck with a hot tub adds a cozy spot to unwind after a beach day.
Layout:
Two upstairs bedrooms one with king, one with queen. Both with stunning ocean views. Shared hall bath
Middle floor has living room dining area, kitchen, full bath. There is a small bedroom with twin bed.
Downstairs bunk room with TV—great for kids or movie nights. Full bath.

Neighborhood:
The village of Tierra Del Mar is a small community of traditional beach homes 3 miles north of Pacific City along the Three Capes Scenic Route. There are several quiet lanes lined with both historic cabins and larger beach homes that all lead to direct beach access. All homes in Tierra Del Mar are a quick, easy walk to the beach. The beach here is quiet and long—beachcombers can walk for hours down this lengthy stretch that is relatively undiscovered. It is a good spot for beachcombers who often find agates and Japanese glass floats. Sandlake Dunes recreation area is 4 miles to the north.

We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.
Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
