The house was exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated, well appointment, and the view is stunning. We spent every night relaxing in the hot tub. Would absolutely love to visit again.

Ideal for our group of 3 couples. Nice setup and well appointed. Convenient to all the sites we were visiting. Living area comfy for long evening chats and the dining room was perfect for dining and lingering conversations.

Very nice place

This house has it all ,a very well stocked gourmet kitchen ,very nice views ,nice hot tub ,very clean hi use , and most of all a great host who is accessible easy to work with, all in all worth the money .

What a wonderful property! Close to town but far enough away for peace and quiet. Wonderful and communicative owners who had a fully stocked home with everything we needed. Look forward to visiting again.

Magical setting, perfect house

This house is even nicer than it appears online. It is a perfect setting for a family gathering or holiday, with great access to Santa Fe, hiking, and scenic day trips. Decor, setting, views are all superb, and owner is super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

The property was lovely, well appointed, beautifully furnished. We ran into a few snags (problems with an electrical circuit in the kitchen) but overall enjoyed our stay.It was easy to communicate with the owner. She was very helpful in securing an extra kitchen item we requested.

A beautifully appointed, well managed refuge

Our experience in this lovely home was delightful. The hillside position above Tesuque village gave us privacy with beautiful views yet easy access to Santa Fe. We loved the kitchen, the gathering areas, the bird life and wonderful bedrooms. All around, an elegant, welcoming house.

Perfect in every way

This place is wonderful - Holly and Will are so responsive and consider every detail. Immaculate, quiet, perfect for our family week away. The kitchen is fabulous - everything from a Chemex to biscuit cutter to excellent sharp knives so if you like to cook you’ll love it. Comfortable beds, linens. Spend the day in Santa Fe or hike the trails nearby and relax in hot tub watch the sunset.. we enjoyed it and would definitely stay again.

Awsome - Relaxing

The house was picturesque…. We sat out in the hot tub under the stars as big snowflakes fell. Both the owner and the caretaker were very helpful and responded quickly. The location is great. We ate at the Tesuque Village Market Café about 5min away multiple times. We would for sure stay here again. There were 6 people in our party and there was plenty of room.

Great to be back!

My extended family returned to this wonderful place for Thanksgiving 2023 after a 4 year hiatus due to the pandemic. Prior to that we had made this our Thanksgiving tradition for 4 years. It was so great to be back and the house was just as we remembered it. Our gracious host made sure everything was perfect. We plan on coming back for Thanksgiving 2024. It’s a truly beautiful place to enjoy Santa Fe.

Exceptional!

We’ve traveled quite a bit and stayed in many properties and this by far is one of the best. The host was incredibly helpful prior to our arrival and during our stay. The property is exactly as depicted online-spectacular views and incredibly comfortable. The house was perfectly appointed and the kitchen was well equipped. There were even little notes about where to find items! The very detailed guest book was also so helpful. We loved starting the day watching the wildlife (we saw a bobcat on the patio and many birds) and stargazing from the hot tub in the evening were all exceptional experiences. This property is perfectly located 10 minutes from the square where we found fantastic shopping, food, museums and other fun. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this property and the hosts!

Enchanting Month

We spent the month of August at this amazing home. If I could have rated it above 5 on cleanliness, location, etc, I would have done so. The kitchen, bedrooms, baths had everything that was needed for our stay. And all rooms were immaculate. We rent in different locations every August and this is the first time that we did not need to purchase anything to make our stay more comfortable. Every evening we loved sitting on the front patio watching sunsets, the numerous birds, and various wildlife. We were not ready to leave. But we will be back!

Incredible accommodation

By accommodation, I mean Holly and her husband. What happened is that 6 friends from Denver area had rented the property for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday. On the planned day of travel, I-25 was closed due to the worst storm in decades with 3 ft of snow in some places. Holly was incredibly understanding and though she didn't need to based on the contract, worked with VRBO to provide us a full refund. We can't thank her enough for her great communication skills and generosity. We plan to try it again sometime in the future.

The house is the most thoroughly and thoughtfully equipped VRBO in which we have ever stayed. The hosts truly do try to think of and provide everything to make your stay convenient, comfortable, and memorable. It was said in another review, but it's true - it's like you're using your best friends' house for a week. It really does put many other VRBOs to shame where other owners don't make nearly as much of an effort to provide a first-class rental experience. If you rent this VRBO, I will be very surprised if you find anything to complain about! (I take it back! The one complaint my wife had was that there wasn't really a convenient walking trail or path that she could take her morning walk on - the climb to the top of the ridge was a little too steep, although it was very pretty once you were up there.)
