Escape to this stunning home in Havasu, boasting as 2-story vacation home with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3-bathrooms. Enjoy your time in the large pool with ample privacy or game room that offers endless entertainment for all ages.

This is a smoke-free property. Please no smoking of any substance, including vaping. A $500 fee will be assessed for any violations.
Only registered guests are allowed. If you have had last minute changes and need to add a guest, please let us know.
Please be respectful of the neighbors. No late night noise. City ordinance states that any music is audible from the property line is in violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
If any parties or gatherings are at the home during your stay, we will have to cancel the booking effective immediately.
Pool equipment including the vacuum should not be removed or tampered with or a $250 fee plus repair cost will be assessed.
