We squared away the tram issues with permanent Guest passes now (qty 6) so its free and full transportation from the condo to the beach to the golf courses and anywhere in San Destin. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your visit. Your comments regarding the ants, lighting, slippery tubs, cleanliness of the patio furniture and area rug, as well as the condition of certain furnishings have been taken seriously and reviewed by our property management and maintenance teams. Regarding the ants, we experienced unusually heavy rainfall during that period, which contributed to increased insect activity throughout the area. The issue has since been professionally addressed, and preventative treatments have been completed. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the slippery tubs. Based on your recommendation, we have installed non-slip bath mats to enhance guest safety and comfort. In addition, the patio furniture has been cleaned and fitted with new covers to improve the outdoor experience for future guests. Guest feedback is invaluable in helping us identify areas where improvements are needed, and we appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. We are glad you enjoyed the convenient location and easy access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.
