Step back in time and experience a stay in the historic Feed and Grain Building, located in the heart of Timnath, Colorado, this location used to serve the Great Western Railway. Built in 1920, this iconic structure originally served as a hub for local farmers, storing and distributing grain that helped shape the agricultural backbone of Northern Colorado. Lovingly restored and thoughtfully repurposed, the building now welcomes guests for a one-of-a-kind retreat steeped in charm and character. Located close to I-25, 15 minutes drive to downtown Fort Collins, Windsor or Loveland.

Sip a fresh IPA or stout at Timnath Beerwerks, located right in the building, or enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast from CF&G (Colorado Feed & Grain) just downstairs.

This unique retreat offers:

A full-sized kitchen

A cozy king suite with a clawfoot tub and large shower

Upstairs—accessible via the original 1905 spiral steel staircase—you'll find a private loft featuring a cozy twin trundle bed, perfect for sleeping or curling up with your favorite book. A separate bedroom with a queen bed, walk-in closet, and bath, all located on the same level.

Enjoy movie nights with a 5.2 surround sound system, lounge in the loft with a good book, or dine under the stars. With adult swings, original architectural details, and modern comforts, this historic space is perfect for your next getaway.

Various events are allowed next door at CF&G Public Market, up to 80 guests (additional booking required).

If you enjoy fun and quirky properties, this is a great choice. Imagine industrial loft meets American west. The property is very comfortable and spacious, including multiple balconies. The ultimate test of a VRBO is whether you would stay there again and for us the answer is: definitely!

super cool place! such a unique experience and a spacious house! a little hard to find at first but it is so neat how it is on top of the coffee house and brewery! never heard anything from them though! chuck is great! and the place is super clean!

Beautiful Home. The master bath is wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was great for cooking our holiday meal. The outdoor porches are great for relaxing. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

We rented this place for a gathering of family following our daughter's graduation. It was a great place to host. The kitchen was stocked very well. There were many extra items that would not be expected. The sun was shining as we sat on the back patio the morning of graduation. It was a beautiful place for conversation and playing games. We enjoyed our stay!

Great property on the cute quiet Main Street of Tinmath. The brewery and coffee shop downstairs are family friendly and acoustically separate. We had a straight shot into Fort Collins to visit our daughter at CSU. The unit has lots of character and is well equipped. The host was easy to communicate with. We’ll be back!

This is a hidden gem! We wished we could have spent more time enjoying this house! Everything was perfect down to the clawfoot tub. No matter if you are looking for a couples weekend or a family getaway. The master suite makes it perfect for BOTH at the same time. The loft area is fully stocked with games and a theater room. Pick a deck to relax on- if one is too sunny, you always have a different view. We didn’t make it down to the coffee shop or Beerwerks on the other side and I am very sad about that, but you will never know you are between two businesses. Never heard a peep and very private. 100% recommended. Thanks Chuck for a wonderful location!

Quiet, spacious, weekend stay

The space was perfect for our needs. We all truly enjoyed the decks and the spacious great room. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed the walk down to the Hidden Stem garden center. I highly recommend a visit if you are into gardening. We also enjoyed breakfast and lunch at CF&G Public Market located in the same building. Also highly recommend checking them out.

My friend was here on a very, very packed weekend of interviews. It was so wonderful for her to have a space of peace and quiet (an a great screen to catch up on some sporting events). It is a lovely place; well kept, neat and clean and everything needed to feel cared for. The host was quick to reply to messages and gracious in making accommodations.

We had an amazing stay! The property was super clean and well maintained. Chuck made both checking in and out a breeze and he was always available to answer our questions. The kitchen and laundry room were well equipped with all the essentials and more. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into making the guests feel at home. The bed in the master bedroom was probably the most comfortable we've encountered while traveling! We hit the huge collection of board games and enjoyed playing games out on the deck.The location was great- about a 45 minute drive to either Denver or Cheyenne. The shopping and dining in downtown Ft. Collins is awesome and it was just a short 10 mile drive from the property. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and how amazing was it to have a coffeeshop/market and brewery downstairs?! We highly recommend visiting both. We always try to stay at fun and unique places when we travel and this property definitely fit the bill!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The place is so unique and so cool with the historic items like the stair case. The owners of the place put a lot of thought in little details to make our stay better. Including littles things like spices, all kitchen utensils, pot and pans, dishes,coffee, family board games, laundry soap ect... The place is a cute as it is describe. It is very roomy and we loved all the decks to spend our evenings on. The master bedroom and bathroom is beautiful and so much room. We had 4 adults and 1 child stay here and had plenty of room. We also had a little get together one day with some family that lives in the area. We had a total of 10 adults and 4 children and lots of room for entertaining. It did not feel crowded at all. I highly recommend this place. I definitely will be staying here again when I visit my family in Colorado.
