Great location! Close to restaurants and entertainment. The condo was very nice. The sunsets from the balcony amazing. The common areas were secure and kept clean. Will stay again.

We've stayed at Boardwalk resort several times in past few yrs. One of best places we have stayed in pcb. Great parking, elevators are fast and very clean inside and outside of condo and grounds. The staff are cleaning every morning. Highly recommend. Condo fit our needs Labor day 2026. The kids loved it as well.

Very clean, comfortable beds and a great view. Pool was also amazing and the pool side bar with food was a bonus.

The property staff-security guards, building manager, tiki bar staff-everyone was very friendly, professional, and helpful! The condo was very clean, well stocked, the view was incredible from the 8th floor. Check in and check out process was very easy! We loved the condo and will definitely be back again! The swimming pool was very enjoyable as well! The beach was not too overcrowded and there was plenty of space out on the beach area! We loved it.

The online process was fatiguing and far too complicated. Some older customers would give up. It was also somewhat intrusive.

Room was very clean and beach was not crowded for a middle-of-summer beach vacation. My wife and I could not believe the room for the price we paid. Staff was very friendly even in reminding us to wear our wristbands. Check-in was a little late but host was very clear that it could be delayed until 6:00 during busy season; however, it was no problem with the amount of activities and dining near the condo.

Great room. Some things weren’t cleaned super well, like the shower, but that is not a big deal to us. Room provided perfect amount supplies, great amount of space for our family of 5. Host provided us with all the information very quickly and we were even blessed with an early check in! Had a closet with beach goodies & toys. We didn’t use them since we brought our own but we did donate a few brand new kids beach toys to the closet!

Perfect location on the beach

Location was great! Condo, pool and immediate access to the beach was amazing especially with two small kids in tow. Condo had enough space, great view of the ocean and kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Great Condo!!

Excellent Vacation Spot

The condo was cozy and clean! The pool and beach were spectacular! So much to do! Wish we stayed for 2 weeks! The mother and daughter security duo always made my family feel safe and cared for! Will definitely be back next year!

Simple and relaxing

I loved this property. I’m normally hard to impress. Check in was a breeze. Very calm and inviting compared to where our friends stayed .05 a mile way. loved the splash pad for my 1 year old. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

We would definitely stay here again. The condo was clean, comfortable and the balcony was great. Loved the higher chairs so we could see over the balcony with our coffee in the morning. Boardwalk beach as a facility was awesome. Great location, elevators are plentiful and fast. Staff was great. Restaurant on premises was a great bonus.

Just perfect!

This unit was absolutely beautiful and clean. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The walkin shower was great, no tub to step over. Amenities were great. Will definitely be back Book That Condo was extremely easy to work with, check in was a breeze

view was spectacular. unit was clean and all we needed. bed was comfortable. had all amenities such as tiki bar with great food and drinks, large pool, and hot tubs(2).Could not beat the price anywhere. Best place at Panama City Beach.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was nice but the floors weren’t mopped and there was no broom. But nothing a cheap swifter couldn’t fix we also left it for future guests :) the pool and kiddie pool area are great for any aged kid. We’ll be back.

Beautiful!

The condo is perfect! Everything you need for a vacation stay is here! From cooking supplies to a working ice maker!! Very welcoming and homey when you walk in! So convenient to the elevator, steps away from the pool and beach!! The view from the balcony is beautiful!! Condo grounds are clean!! I love the fact there was a small store/icecream! The poolside restaurant/bar is great!! I will definitely stay again and highly recommend!!
