This apartment is a great and convenient place for things to do on the eastern side of Puerto Rico. There is a great beach right outside the apartment as well as a pool, tennis courts, and playground for the children. You will need a car to see some of the local sites including El Yunque, The Kiosk restaurants, other beaches in the area, and ferries to Culebra. It can also be used as a jumping off point to day trips to San Juan.

We enjoyed our stay here! It is well suited for a toddler/child and we loved having the pool and beach so accessible, as well as lots of green space for our little one to run around. 15 min drive to Luquillo beach and about 15 min to the rainforest forest so it is well located for all types of activities. The host was responsive and left many great suggestions for things to do. Thank you!

This property was amazing. I cannot begin to express how wonderful it was to walk out onto the patio and see the path to the beach. The condo was very spacious and plenty of room - for us 4 adults. We did do some cooking here so we could have used a few extra pots and pans. The A/C worked amazingly well because we were definitely in an above normal heat wave. Washer and dryer is definitely a plus for this property. My wish list for our next booking here would be 4 beach chairs as one was broken, a beach umbrella and an air fryer! But, there are plenty of shady places on the beach during the week days. We loved this place so much and are so very thankful to have been able to stay here.

The unit is perfectly located ... steps from a stunning beach. Every you thing you need for great days at the beach is in the apt. Kitchen is fully equipped. The host is exceptionally responsive and was quick to answer all questions. Best thing we an say is we would return!

Air conditioner was very effective once plugged in and turned on, definitely helped with sleeping. Make sure you turn hot water on as soon as you get there, first day hot water was a little limited, but after that, it was fine. Great location, right next to the beach with private beach access. Nice swimming pool. Nice location, close to San Juan and also close to ferry to Culebra and Vieques Islands. Highly recommended.
Location is very close to rainforest
Cane toads, so be careful if you have a dog don’t let it out at night.
Beach behind the property, very nice.

This was our most enjoyable trip to Puerto Rico. We enjoyed the relaxed vibe, actually feels like you live there. The place had all the amenities you could ever think of and have in your own home. The pool area is divine to the point you almost forget the beach which is amazing also. We will definitely be back to this area!

Amazing stay in Puerto Rico

We had an amazing time in Puerto Rico. The condo and community it was in were perfect. Communication with the owner was top-notch. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend.

Beautiful location

We visited with our two young (6 and 3) children and had a wonderful time. There were many accommodations available for the needs of the children and a helpful, reasonable, and responsive host. I would absolutely stay again at this apt when visiting the area in the future.

Literally Home away from home

Everything you need to feel like you are home away from home. Property was perfect, clean and in amazing location just steps from the beach and pool. Communication fromBooking to check-out was superb. Looking forward to coming back and would highly recommend.

What a fantastic place to stay in Puerto Rico!!

We absolutely enjoyed this place, it was just as described!! Jose was such an amazing host, he was so helpful in every way. We do a lot of traveling and this place was amazing, just steps to a gorgeous beach. We will for sure stay her again, definitely recommend it!!

The best vacation ever

Had the best vacation ever ; All the amenities as mentioned in the listing was there , more over Jose was checking on if we needed any help in every stage and day ; Helped a lot for us ; The beach is the beautiful thing as it was just 100 steps away. Definetly recommend this place and we will visit again

the perfect family spring break

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It had all the amenities we needed, and the location was perfect. We visited the El Yunque National Park, did the bio-bay kayaking near Fajardo and spent lots of time at the private beach and the pool. It was a great family vacation!

We loved our stay. The owner is so accommodating on everything and he made sure that we had everything in place before we checked in, and he even allowed us for an hour late checkout ,as we travelled to west side of Peurto Rico and arrive late the night before. Apartment had everything that made it feel like a home. My only suggestion would be,if possible to take a look at the mattress in both master bedroom and kids, as they did not feel much comfortable. They are not too bad, but they definitely need to be replaced. Kitchen had everything in it,and already has lot of pantry items included for a start.

Beautiful beachfront property. Clean and quiet location.

This condo is small but comfortable. Best part is the beach is steps from your door and you're minutes from El Yunque, also. Would definetly stay here again.
