Recentemente decorato con mobili moderni, nuovi materassi, biancheria da letto, vernice, TV a parete e wall art. Spaziosa unità al 4 ° piano di 1650 piedi quadrati con ampio balcone per godere della calda brezza dell'oceano. Nelle immediate vicinanze di negozi, ristoranti (di tutti i tipi) e attività ricreative.

Master suite offre un letto king size, TV a parete, balcone privato e ampio bagno privato completo di vasca idromassaggio, cabina doccia e doppio lavabo.

La seconda camera ha anche un letto king size, accesso privato al balcone principale, TV a parete e bagno privato completo.

Terza camera da letto ha letto a castello con letto matrimoniale e rotelle, TV e bagno completo adiacente.

Cucina completamente attrezzata con bar per la colazione per 10 persone, utensili, stoviglie e pentole in dotazione.

Forse la risorsa più interessante è questa posizione delle proprietà. Appartato sul lato sud di 30A completo di spiaggia privata. Troverai l'atrio alto 50 piedi con palme, piante tropicali e aree salotto mozzafiato. Apri le porte a vetri scorrevoli per vedere, ascoltare e sentire l'oceano e le sue brezze.

Great location with the beach at the end of the building from the condo. Not crowded like so many of the beaches nearby. Loved the recliners in the living room which are a rare find. Judy was easy to communicate with. We didn’t cook in as we love so many of the restaurants nearby. First time to stay on this side of 30a and it was nice.

Perfect location and space

We stayed with our teenagers and other families that rented other units in the building for Spring Break. Perfect location right on the beach with great amenities and near restaurants and ice cream.

Perfect location, spacious condo

We absolutely loved the Blue Lupine condo! The location was perfect, we had easy access to the beach, and there were lots of families staying there like us. The condo was a great size for our group. It had everything we needed and more and we hope to return next year!

Wonderful place to stay!!!! Very clean and spacious and the owners are very helpful if you should need anything. Beautiful, large balcony with a great view! We have stayed here more than once and will definitely come back! Lots of great places to eat nearby.

Loved our stay!

We had a great vacation in Blue Mountain Beach. This condo is in a great location. The beach is so beautiful and the pool was also nice when the kids were done with the ocean. We would definately come back. Thank you!

Spring Break 2021

We greatly anticipated this trip to Blue Mountain Beach as it had been delayed a year due to the pandemic. This property more than lived up to our expectations! Spacious, comfortable, and in the perfect spot on 30A, our family had an incredible vacation! The host was very accommodating, and we can't wait to return!

We had the absolute best week with family. The condo was perfect and stocked with everything we needed. Judy gave us all the information needed prior to our arrival and it made the check in seamless :) the access to the beautiful private beach is super easy and so pretty! Fall Break

We love this are!!! Very isolated and beach is amazing with no large crowds!!! Unit is decorated VERY nice and is so comfortable!!! Everything that we could have possibly needed was there! And the host was very prompt and awesome to work with. Already excited for next year in this same unit!!

Beautiful condo. Great location.

Loved this area. We have never stayed this far down. We always stay in Rosemary, but Blue Mountain was beautiful and the beach was not crowded at all. The condo was beautiful with plenty of room for the six of us to spread out. We had one hiccup with the keycards not working on our arrival, but the owner was quick to take care of it, even though it was 1am. Great vacation. We definitely will stay here again.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

Wonderful vacation condo. Reservation handled very professionally. Owner quickly responded to any and all questions. Check in and check out process very smooth. All information easily found in condo. Kitchen well stocked to make all meals in the condo. Footsteps from the beach. Loved the pool and hot tub. Will definitely come back!

Spring Break 2016

Our family LOVED this condo! Very spacious, comfortable, and well appointed, we could not have asked for a better vacation spot! Everything we needed was in the condo, so all we needed to do was to walk steps from the from of the building to the ocean. Other than groceries (there is a Publix about a mile or so away) the owners have provided everything you need! Situated on a great stretch of 30A, Blue Lupine is an ideal location and our family will definitely be back!

"STRESS BUSTER"

We had a wonderful vacation, full of relaxation and fun. The Condo is so nice and clean. The floor plan was perfect for our family. We loved the private beach. Having small children and two teenage girls the less crowded beach made it much easier to keep up with the kids. This is such a peaceful place all the way around. No loud night life going on all around you. Everyone is so friendly. This is the Best vacation place!!

It is secluded but also close to many activities. I love to exercise and this is a great place to run and bike, also the workout room is great for rainy days and the atrium is great for the kids on rainy days.
