This home was amazing! Exactly as advertised. Steven and Karen were always responsive with plenty of suggestions! It’s great to know excellent customer service still is out there in a world that is hard to find! I would take my family back for sure!

This was our second stay here and we had a wonderful time! The house is lovely with a beautiful ocean view and easy access to the Mauna Kea.

The house is incredible! Kitchen is so well equipped which was super because we cooked in a lot. Bedrooms are all en suite and super comfortable. Hosts were very accommodating. Thanks for a great vacation!

Lovely home-great location

We enjoyed our stay here. Wish we had booked this for a longer stay. Would definitely stay again. House was very well appointed and the view was incredible.

When we saw the view, we knew we had to purchase this villa! Since then we have enjoyed many incredible sunsets! Summer is the perfect time when it is straight out in front of our house.

Truly amazing!

We had the best time at the home - it’s very well appointed with amazing views and an awesome location. We opted for the amenities package which gave us access to the hotel pools and beaches. It truly was a spectacular stay and house.

Beautiful residence above Mauna Kea/Hapuna Prince Hotels

We’ve stayed in houses all over the Hawaiian islands, but this was one of our favorites! Thanks to Tiva and David for making our stay comfortable and memorable!

Amazing vacation home

We had an amazing stay at this stunning home. Loved the open air setting and having a small pool and hot tub was great for the kids at the end of the day. Owners were awesome, quickly addressing any concerns and going above and beyond.

Our stay here was excellent! The villa is beautiful and the amenities perfect. Great, easy and immediate communication with the owner and managers if needed. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!

Incredible Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this lovely Villa. Hawaii is such a special place for us and our stay was enhanced by the location and layout of this home. The pool and views are an incredible added bonus. We hope to return very soon!

Perfect house in the best part of the Big Island

Spacious, luxurious house, thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is the best-equipped and best-organized kitchen of any rental property I have visited. Lovely lanai with gorgeous views of the ocean and landscape of the Big Island. The Sonos sound system provided the perfect ambiance during our stay. Overall it was a wonderful, memorable visit to the Big Island for my family.

Great house

This was an amazing house. Great for three couples and little ones. Location is great. Definitely worth it to do the guest package through the Mauna Kea. House manager was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Wonderful Vacation

Our family had a wonderful relaxing vacation staying at this Hapuna Beach Villa residence in Kona. The house is perfect and even more beautiful than the pictures. We especially enjoyed adding on the Mauna Kea Club Membership for access to the two hotels during our stay. We enjoyed the beaches, pool, golf and had many meals at the hotels. Karen and Steve were very prompt in all communications as well as the on site property manager. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing stay

We have been coming to this area for awhile now and truly enjoyed what this property offered. The house suited our families with young children and grandparents so well. We took advantage of the passes to the Mauna Kea and Hapuna beaches, which certainly added to the ease and enjoyment of what this beautiful island offers. The property manager was incredibly responsive and we look forward to coming back on our next trip!

Spectacular Property!

This was the nicest property we have rented through VRBO. The owners and property managers were great to work with and very helpful. The home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and can sleep more. The Hawaii sunset views are fantastic and the private pool and spa made our stay even more special. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect family house

We have been coming to the Mauna Kea for years and recently began renting homes on the property. This house was perfect for our family get together, well situated and well setup. It had everything we needed to cook & dine in as well as go to the beach or enjoy the pool. The managers and owners were very helpful and responsive. We would stay here again.

The property was excellent and the amenities were great. Most importantly, Karen and Steve went out of way to help us when one family member tested positive for Covid on the last day of our stay.

Great location

A very lovely house. We had a few issues with the hot tub and the swimming pool heating which seems to have been corrected at the end of the stay. The house were responsive and we really appreciated the late check out.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay!! The property was exactly as advertised. Karen and Steve were great hosts and Tiva the property manager checked in to make sure everything was good. A little pricey but we’ll worth it. We would stay again!
